He's mad when he's training because every year he wins, people are always complaining that he wins and its boring or says negatively about his body parts (his gut mostly). So this year. he's training the hardest he's ever been, to prove to you guys why he's the best and will proclaim 10 Mr.olympias. #philheath
Bodybuilding is not to be called a massive cocky monster with no aesthetics. It's an art where you develop your Body in proportions and best bodyparts like Arnold did it with his chest, calves. There's no pride in developing a good ass glute and bloated Gut like Phil is doing.

I know exactly what Arnold had. Not trying to take anything away from him, but Phil has more competitors, more money at stake, more cameras rolling, more people watching, more expectation etc. Arnold has been outdone in every way by now, if he hadn't been, the sport would have been at a standstill a long time ago. Honestly it wasn't even right to compare the 2.

My son. and I saw Phill Heath in a white long sleeve shirt etc.. At the Sawgrass Mall Fort Lauderdale, Florida walking etc and he was massive. Not puffy etc.. He looked truly great. Massive and cut. You could tell he was in the off season. Amazing genetics and perseverance.
