“No one, or thing, is worth losing the hair on my head.” This is a very welcome line to place in my arsenal against stress and strain. I saw this at 6am, and have already began reciting it! Thank you! 💯😆😊

@@ikramberrada6069 I agree that we are all creations of one spiritual being, which is God. During my 90-day hair growth journey, I did yoga and exercises, massaged my scalp with oil three times a week, shampooed once a week, and applied llitllextra reactivate hair growth serum. The outcome, my hair growth increased without any breakage.
Using this coocoonion shampoo helped in reducing dryness and frizziness of hair. Also, using it along with reactivaate hair serum has promoted more hair growth.
I was known to have the beautiful and long hair in my family even in the city where i live. After my mom passed away my metabolism started to slow and it affected my hair my skin my weight my whole body. Even when i went to the hair salon, they told me traumatic hairloss as my scalp was very visible. I moved to Canada 4 years ago and the hairloss didn't stop. It only when i start to massage and decompress my neck that i saw my hair grow again. All lead to stress from work to personal life. Managing stress is so important.
Stressing over hair loss leading to more hair loss...good tips! I feel like i lose so much hair but i am trying hard to make changes in my life to help me feel healthy.
The 3rd one imo is very important to remember at all times. I used to stress a lot when i had a bit of hairfall thinking its not normal but after a while I realised that its normal to lose 50-100 hair *everyday*. Now i focus on growing new hair & making them stronger instead. It has actually helped.
I love that u r spreading awareness on how stress is damaging to every single cell in ur body & considering that a part of the beauty routine.. just like good food, drinking water, having good sleep & healthy relationships.. all that is actually the essence & essential part of beauty ❤🕊️🤍👏🏻👌🏻🕯️🏆🎖️
Your so grounded and sweet i wish i had seen your video earlier in life it has taken me a long time to me a long time to understand each one of your tips and put them together on my own but i added them into my life one by one and these tips have worked for me also I also added into my never brushing my hair wet, clove water, and honestly the spoiled child hair mask is part of my routine also
I started natural home remedies and a better food regime and my 5 yr hairfall journey just stopped. Like literally stopped. I used to lose more than 50 strands a day and my scalp used to itch and pain a lot. Everyone around me could easily see my scalp from far away that's how thin it had got. Got to know about scalp build up, cleaned my hair properly (mixing 1:3 ratio of shampoo and water, massaging it very gently in lukewarm water), completely stopped styling my hair for a yr (lockdown phase), applied little oil on hair shaft after shower Now I lose like 2-3 strands while combing and my hair infact gets compliments. I just spray Fenugreek and curry leaf water on my hair everyday and wash my hair with a shampoo. Later slightly apply oil to my hair shaft, no products, no conditioner nothing. Took me 2 years but I'm very happy with my hair now :)
Always start from the bottom, go across the bottom a couple of times then go up a couple inches and do it again and then continue to do that in the pattern it will take out any knots from the lower part of your hair and make it to where you won't have any split ends but if you start at the very top and pull it through your hair you're going to tighten tangles and possibly break hair.
I think it is more of a seasonal thing with me. I tend to shed more during the spring/summer months. During the fall/winter it thickens up ! Must be the human in me!!!
The stories are so spine chilling, esp the twist at the end of the first one. And the second one is also horrible. Keep it up... First story - 8/10 Secong story - 7.5/10 💗
Por favor que producto o que me pongo para que me nazca nuevo pelo por favor tengo entradas en lis lados. Les agradezco y Dios les bendiga ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ precioso cabello
I also have low porosity hair but don't know which products are good....... Can youh please please make a video for products that you use and products that actually work...... ❤️❤️
Yepppp. Stress is a villain. While it’s bad for obvious reasons, it has even more side effects. It causes acne, hair loss, weight gain, eye bags, high blood pressure, and so much more.
Her hair is gorgeous and I watched quite a few videos now. Nothing is scientifically backed, not even really like too many old wives tales lol. She changes of her recommendations a lot. I don’t mean to be rude, but she had very beautiful hair to begin with the picture. You can see here, it looks like she just figured out a way to moisturize it. She has gorgeous hair naturally, and I think she should do hairstyle videos instead of hair care videos. I do agree with the stress part! Nobody should be stressed for any reason.. if I were queen of the world, I would take away all anxiety and stress for all humans ❤ But yeah these videos are based on her gorg hair not her hair knowledge for allll hair tho just for others who are buying the booklet (there are free hair guides online)
Well, I lost all my hair after my brother died. When you have real emotional stress, and the hair react, you don’t have a choice. The same for people who have lost any loved one or got homeless or a devasating illness. Real problems and real stress, will make you hair fall out anyway, if that is the way ones body react (each body is different.) high cortisol (stress hormones) is bad for the hair.
Another tip, if you have any food intolerances, cut them out of your diet! It’ll help your hair and your skin. It can be hard, but your body will thank you ❤
Dear after menopause my hairs hv become extremely dry took many shampoos n conditioner with no results pls suggest best deep conditioning shampoo n conditioner
