It gives more sqt footage and reduces structural complexity and weight. It fair to say the dry wall the builders used might be of shit quality and yes drywall do come backed with a cardboard type material. Whats also fair to say is the shitty architectural design of this building. Clearly its extremely stupid to have pipes going right beside the entrance. Plus not containing them within a concrete shell which means really shitty design. So, whatever this guy is arguing is fair and not bs. Genuine quality questions being raised by him.
