- Part 3 of our adventure around the Alps in the Audi R8 V10 Plus, where today we head out for a drive around Lake Garda through some amazing roads. I then jump on board the McLaren P1 and Porsche 918 for quite an experience...

The 918 sounds so different on the inside than on the outside, very raw sound. I love it!
The turbo sounds on the P1 is just glorious!

Power8Engine there are really no real lanes on that road.... you have to be careful... the biker went way too fast on that blind spot corner....

That shot of the rear view with the R8 engine and the P1 on the background was fantastic. Its amazing how you can compare the sounds of each of the vehicles but the 918 oooh maan that sounds glorious.
Another place added to my bucket list of places to visit.

Wow, what a day! I can't get over how lucky you are to get to drive in a convoy of Supercars. Last month I was lucky enough to drive in my first convoy. The cars there included a Porsche 911 997 Carrera 4s, Ferrari 250gt Lusso, Ferrari 250gt California, Lamborghini Miura P400s, E-Type Jag, Ferrari 360 Modena, 1970 Porsche 911 Targa and a 1970 Aston Martin V8 Vantage. (A Mercedes 300sl Roadster was also planned to be there, but broke down the day before). Quite a respectable line up although nothing compared to yours. Can't wait till February to do another run. Around 50 cars are planned to be there.
Man...Europe is just beautiful!

Forgot to mention: during the ride of the sponsor, the first car was a LaFerrari. It took fire. That means... it sucks :D Yeah, that wasn'anything beyond fixing, but when an F40 and other historical cars made it without problems, you begin to reconsider things...
What about the roof of the Porsche? It can‘t be stored in the car.

The owners are afraid of Ferrari from what I gather from Shmee comments. Yeah it's sad to hear a car someone purchased can't be driven like it should.
Jeffrey Williams Yeah. I literally had no idea what Ferrari were thinking off, they choose whether the customer worthy to buy thier cars or not, then if we buy it, some of their model can't even be driven on normal road but only track. -__-
