Mine is only 2 months old. Just stopped part way through making a 230ml coffee. First cup so shouldn't be due to prolonged use. Continuous red light. I turned it off at the plug for 15 minutes and it came on as normal. When i opened it, the heat that came out was huge. Why would it have overheated?

Mine goes back to the de-scale mode (light is half red and half green)
Followed the detailed
de-scale steps twice
and these reset steps twice.
No luck. Anyone have ideas ? Thx

Same! Please help. I have cleaned with vinegar water and for whatever reason the lights still always goes back to red.

Found another video which explained.
Start the descale process and then force end it. After that, put an old pod in (or a new one) and try again. Should run.
Basically, it’s blinking red because there’s no pod.
