Motorhead!!!! Heavier than a ton of lead!! Had it on cassette when it was first released. Times have changed, still drinking and smoking that hasn't changed 🤔

All three of them were characters, and very interesting chaps. I love listening to interviews with Fast Eddie. Also, strangely enough, Phil Taylor was taught by a First World War drummer, ie: a military musician born in the 1890s!
I love how Henry is just aging like a normal human. He earned all of that grey.

I came to know Motorhead the best way possible. Met them in person and have a few beers, then they invited me to the Show like "Oh yeah, we´re playing tomorrow, you should totally come " . I did, they blew my mind, been there every time they played in Buenos Aires eversince.
Awesome story, dude! I saw Motorhead at the House Of Blues in Hollywood. Before the show was to start, there was Lemmy sitting at the bar having a beer. A total unpretentious guy. Loudest show I ever attended.

There is a super deluxe box set version for $300 on their website. It includes a deck of cards, poker chips, shooter glasses and some other items not in this set.
Or a pack of cigarettes.
I was expecting them to throw in the CD version as well.

Some of this live stuff WAS 'released'. For example, the Belfast Whitla Hall gig was played by the BBC back in about '81. Some of us had the wit to tape it...

I just love vinyl because my pops. When he got his first car he mounted a turn table with a spring base in his Plymouth 😂 he said he was the only dude around blastin analog on the streets. So since I was a child that's all I heard and the compression on every other kind of audio device is extremely noticeable.
