Beautiful purchases!! I have one piece from VCA and it's the sweet Alhambra necklace in mother of pearl. It's so dainty and pretty and I wear it almost every day. It's also incredibly comfortable that I forget I have it on. ❤

Hi! So interesting, I had the oposite experience in Milan; I was purchasing a braclet in Cartier and was not treated well at all. It was my birthday, I had appointment and the SA was already late, no water, nothing just rush. I asked her to let me try another item she said they don’t have it however I saw it was there etc… even she missspelled the serial nr on COA and I had a 6 month long fight after to have a new COA…. So it was a shame. On the other hand I went in VCA store also did not buy a thing but they were so nice! I could try on things, they gave me champagne and chocolate. I still keep and treasure this memory. This was 2 years ago so I can image the people have changed but still…

I think the experience may change depending on the season you are visiting… maybe visiting during busy seasons is just not a good idea because they are all stressed out and getting lots of clients in a day so they don’t give them the best attention… which is what everyone deserves
Beautiful ring and necklace 🥰 I have VCA ring but Mother of Pearl and it’s gorgeous too, diamond is sparking lie crazy! I have mop vintage Alhambra bracelet to match it but I don’t wear it as much I would love to. It’s to overpower the ring and I love love my beauty . So I wear it with Cartie bracelet that is Dainty and looks perfect. Congrats on your new stunning VCA peaces
Sorry you had a negative experience. They don't want to crowd the stores because of theft precautions, etc. In America I only text my VCA SA. They are not scheduled to work everyday, but usually reply same day. Also, you can contact VCA customer service and they can mail you a travel pouch. See if they can also send you a jewelry cleaning cloth as well. Beware of sharp zippers that can scratch the gold. Congrats on your purchase!!

@@pilildcr8938 In America (I live have a SA in Beverly Hills and Orange County) the sales associate assigned to you in store will give you their contact info and then we text if I am interested in a particular piece, they can let me know if they have one in stock or order one for me. We then set an appointment where I can just come in and shop. I believe VCA customer service can also set up an appointment for you if you don't have a SA you currently work with. VCA customer service sent me a travel pouch, but I don't know if they will send the cleaning cloth. I only received those in store but they are hard to come by due to short supply. Good luck!
