And, these LADIES didn't take off their clothes or shake their booties to perform because their STYLE captivated their audiences!!! Their MUSIC will continue to stand the "test of time"!!!😊
It's something I will NEVER UNDERSTAND, when you have beautiful, skillful voices, and have a nice shapely body on top of that too, WHY do these women dress so nasty! Being a woman, I just NEVER liked it and we wonder why men come after us in the DISRESPECTFUL manner that they do, BELIEVING we are ALL THE SAME! More disgusting, whenever I watch National News on TV, most, if not all those women are exposing their breast on national TV and I often wonder, why aren't MEN exposing their stuff! Pisses me off!

I just saw Gladys on stage yesterday in Clearwater, Florida. She looks and sings damn good for a woman of her age! She had a great set!
Oldschool….come on now. Miss Gladys and Miss Patti, both turning 80 in 2024, still have phenomenal voices. Not many singers still sing well as they age. In the past 2 months, I ended up googling Gene Chandler after hearing one of his songs from back in the day, and I was amazed how well he still sounds good and is in his 80s. The crazy breath control he still has blew me away. He was singing his hit from the 60s, “Rainbow.” I was like, “You beddah sang Mr. Chandler.” It seems their continuing to use the voices probably helps keep them so very on top of their game. I pray continued success for them. Let’s keep supporting them! (11/1/2023)

She is a superstar, a National music treasure, living legend of excellence caliber of singer, deserves every accolade 🎤💐🏅awarded. It was an unforgettable lasting experience to have been in her presence even for short time.. Again, she performed live, while backed by a trio of professional singers at times during the show and top notch orchestra band, in her 90 minutes non-stop show.. every hit, the favorites you would expect to hear.. from her days as member of Pip and solo career..her vocals still the same, beautifully💪🏼 on “If I Were Your Women, Neither One of Us, Best thing that ever happened to Me, Save the Overtime for Me, Love overboard, The Way we Were, of course Midnight Train to Georgia and more… “ It was a gift, able to capture few some memories, keepsakes(video).. She is living great. I just talk to one of her cousins whom lives down the street from me. My Mother is 85 years young . She has her own business for 65 years. She goes to her job 5 days a week because God has given her favor and good health. So I know Gladys is doing just fine. She goes to work to keep active. And because she chooses to go to work. I am 65 have one pension working on my second pension. I retired at 56 years old and love meeting people and working. I have a routine and love it. They probably feel like I do. I surely got working hard from my Mom.

I saw Gladys Knight and the Pips live back in the late 1970's and then saw her perform solo in around 2017. Both shows were outstanding and she sounded even better in the latter one. Absolutely total professional and 100% loved by the fans that came to see her. Her brother Bubba was a special guest performer at her show and they did a couple of her hit songs together which was really special considering that the other two Pips had passed away a few years earlier. Truly one of the premier voices in show business of all time right along with Aretha. nobody does it better than Gladys!!!!!
