As a white man, after listening to the testimony of all the people in his use of the N word I viewed Mark Furhmans appearance on this TV channel as a joke, he does not show remorse, just a blasè attitude to the whole situation and a kind of I am the scapegoat message / "woke culture got me fired because everyone else did this at the time too" fuck him. Wow ito Has some nerve saying the lawyers pondered to the cameras when that's exactly why the fame struck ito allowed cameras in proof being him allowing a trial to go 11 months. That's unheard of ! Trials take 3 weeks tops on ave for murder. He allowed way too much useless things in. The jury also for a lot of days when the lawyers constantly argued over every little issue esp by the defense. The sad part is in interviews after the trial 3 lawyers on ojs team believed he was guilty! So all their disputable tactics as every single thing pointed to oj. It's too bad they didn't do the leg work to prove oj owned Bruno maglis which was used & proved in the successful civil case. It's threatens to pull the cameras & admits they were a mistake near the end of a freaking year long trial but he doesn't. Then a huge mistake & legally their was no reason for ito to release all 42 excerpts of the furhman tapes where he let the jury only hear 2 excerpts.
He couldn't wait til after the trial to release them to the public? He hypicritcally says the lawyers played it up for the cameras b/c of the public yet he himself releases the tapes " for public interest " really. So u rule 2 are aloud in ^ during the trial u release them which incited the community more. Of course the release of those tapes got back to the jury through conjugal weekly visits ! Ito was a disgrace. No wonder that jury only deliberated for like an hour. They say out of the 3 or 4 hours they deliberated which has to be another record given how long this case was . 1 hour was lunch the other was it took an hour to sign & go through all the paperwork needed to put their verdict in. Initially the verdict was 10 -2. I don't know who the holdouts were. But b/c the other 10 juros wanted to go home as they were basically imprisoned themselves for a year. They were stuck in their hotel for 11 months! They weren't allowed to ever leave for fear they'd hear public opinion they had zero TV. Zero magazine papers zero calls. Good lord all they had was a weekly visit & movies rented & a couple field trips. What a jerk ito was to let this trial go on & on. As I said 11 months is unheard of. They had that dr " lucky " on the stand for a record 8 days ! Fung 4 days. So many witnesses were on the stand 2 days. That's crazy. When I was a kid I figured this was how long a murder trial takes place. As I got older I was shocked to read they only go weeks. I believe Simpsons civil trial went a couple months. They also were successful. I know the standard are lower for civil cases u only need a majority of the jury. So I think they had 9 jurors. If 5 vote liable that's enough. In criminal of course u need all 12 jurors that's a hung jury. When these jurors " deliberated " which they really didn't usually a verdict takes days. I Remember the media was stunned as were the lawyers as many were called back from their vacations. The jury got the case turned over to them & reports came in They made their decision by noon same day ! The reason ito scheduled for the verdict to be read the next day was so all the lawyers could be present. Shockingly as well w/ only 2 weeks to go ito wanted a 2 week intermission to go on a vacation he had planned b4 the trial! What a creep. To have been fine making a jury wait 2 weeks w/ zero to do was insane. They originally had like 20 alternates some purposely got themselves kicked off cause they couldn't take or afford to be held sequestered that long. Ito didn't Care that many of the jurors couldn't work their regular jobs to u know support their families. As a juror ur paid really low wages. I know by law u can't be fired if u get jury duty. But u also after a certain amt of time can't be paid from ur regular job making way more than the crappy money u get as a juror. I believe here in ny like 15 years ago my mom was on jury duty for 2 weeks & was paid like 20$ a day. I guess many of these jurors didn't have jobs cause as I said they can't be fired for jury duty but an employer can still replace u as they need to have the worker their. So some were let go so they could at least get unemployment. I thought the jurors sounded like dopes in their interviews but I do think it sux they were pretty much imprisoned for a year. Even prisoners get to watch TV & read the papers. Plus I can't imagine when they were at the trial how boring so much was. I got bored watching so many witnesses cause a lot is on yt. So many inane questions were asked as well. That's where the judhe is supposed to step in & say " where is the Lind of questioning going," or " make ur point quickly counsel " or move on counsel. The judhe can stop lines of questions going nowhere. That's why Marcia needed to get the d.a. explained easier to the jury. Like spoon fed. This was done in like 2 min to the jury in the Civil trial. They had one expert basically break it down for that jury to simply explain this is dna this is why it works & its 99.99999% correct. One dopey juror actually said " they said dna is 1 in a billion people but their are more than a billion people on earth " I mean how stupid is that logic? Yea the dna happend to match Simpson out of a billion people. A guy w/ a huge amount of circumstantial evidence & a proven wife beater who stalked Nicole. So some other person out of a billion people happened to match ojs dna ? Another dumb juror said " this is not a domestic violence case this is a murder case. U want to try d.v go to another court. Huh? So that connection to wife beating & murder by an enraged controlling ex husband couldn't have escalated to murder tk this lady ? That's akin to obesity or being heavy has nothing to do w/ food.

Of course OJ did it, and I empathize and sympathize deeply with the victims. But it frustrates me to hear the Goldmans attack the defense for doing their job -- and a good one -- and then praise the prosecution and cops who presented a HORRIBLE case that they kept saying was airtight as the defense opened up one massive hole after another -- and these were BIG HOLES in their case. They couldn't even find the Magli shoes photo that Petrocelli found in the civil trial. The Goldmans and Browns should be angry at the police and prosecution for being both incompetent and clumsy at best, and corrupt at worst. Notice, Lange's response to every defense argument is "oh, it's nonsense, garbage..." Sorry, but it's not nonsense - failing to wear gloves while collecting DNA evidence, or a police officer with a history of violent racism and a hatred of interracial couples finding the glove etc.

As a former cop, I would like to clear something up. I watched this trial and remember being absolutely positive that Mark Furman was racist and would absolutely plant evidence to jam someone like OJ Simpson up if he had the opportunity. I always felt the glove found behind Kato's apartment on OJ's property was planted. Furman wondering off on his own and finding the most compelling piece of evidence in this case is shady as hell. Also, when they found the glove, nothing around it looked disturbed like someone had been crashing around back there when they dropped it. It was argued the killer dropped this glove. The killer would have been covered in the victim's blood, tired, possibly injured and they left no blood or disturbed anything as they moved around back there enough to drop a glove. Then Furman gets back on the stand at the end of the trial and asserts his 5th amendment privilege lmao. He got caught lying, was outed as racist, and in my opinion was the reason OJ was found not guilty. It's too bad everyone cannot fight for their freedom like OJ was able too because too many cops get away with shit like this on a regular basis and it's sad.

    2. The African-American community vs. the LAPD which is what Johnnie was trying.

1- Dr Henry Lee, the worlds authority said the patterns are NOT from BMaggli shoes
2 -Dr Badén, worlds authority says the autopsy was a total shitshow
3- The Lead detective took vials of blood HOME with him instead of turning them into the evidence room
4- The 2nd detective LIES in the stand and turned out to be a total racist, who says he would FRAME black people. On tape . Then has to plead 5th so he doesn’t end up in jail.
5- No murder weapon was ever found and no prints of OJ in crime scene, however , a print and hair from another person was found in crime scene.

@@AR-zm8kd 2 - there were mistakes by Golden made in the autopsy. However at the civil trial, Dr Baden disowned a lot of the statements he made during his testimony in the criminal trial as they were inaccurate.
3 - Vanatter did take evidence home with him, bad practice and slightly suspicious but he did give an explanation.
4 - Fuhrman is obviously a despicable person but if you use logic and reason, it’s practically impossible for him to have planted evidence in this case
5 - No murder weapon, true, probably the biggest piece of evidence the Prosecution didn’t have.
All of these things, however partially true, do not change the evidence that does exist against OJ: his blood and hair at the crime scene, footprints matching his size and a rare shoe he owns, the gloves (one at crime scene, other at his house) Nicole had purchased those exact make and size of glove a couple of years earlier, victims blood in OJ’s car and on his socks, limo driver not seeing his Bronco parked outside his house at ~10.20pm

my personal opinion is this, and it is only my opinion.
OJ was there, but with another person and that person was the one who did the killings. OJ was to beaten up and weak to be able to fight off a 25 yr old young healthy male while stabbing him. The prosecution was solely based on Ron had fought the killer, yet, OJ only had a small cut on a finger. if anyone who has ever seen or been in a fight, especially with 2 people, you would see bruises, cuts, scrapes and contusion all over everyone.
The reason why I say this is that OJ, knowing there would be no evidence against him, "took one for the team" and forced the prosecution to focus on him, and not his partner. and I believe his partner to be his oldest son, not nicole's son. the DNA evidence would be nearly the same, but back then it wasn't 100% able to tell the difference.
that would explain why the glove is in the back, and the blood was in the front of the house. OJ had his son go around back to avoid being seen by the limo driver just incase. and once OJ changed his clothes and left, his son waited with the evidence, the bloody clothes and knives, and left afterwards. The police testified that when they went to OJs house, the lights were on. Anyone leaving their home to go on a flight, would not leave all the lights on if they are going to be out of town.
DNA showed only partial DNA of OJ, but did not exclude the mixture of the son's mother, who he had 50% of her DNA too.
That is my opinion. OJ was with his son and went to see Nicole and Ron showed up.

The evidence shows that OJ parked the bronco, went through the gate and walked into the house. This is based purely upon (non-movement type) blood drops leading from the bronco to the house. The fact that every blood drop was straight down means that OJ would have stopped at every location and dripped, then kept walking. Then, they want us to believe that he left the house, went ALL the way around the property, over the chain link fence, dropped a wet bloody glove. Got no blood on the wall or the fence or from there, back into the house. Sorry, it doesn’t work for me. I believe OJ was there either before, during, or after. That's just an excuse for racists to hang to after a loss such as this. The truth is the LAPD up to that point had cops that were planting evidence on people, it went on for years, but the primary target were black people. It would have been incompetence not to explore that. There was much reason to go after Fuhrman. The race card had been played by racists against blacks for years, and they finally got nailed with it. No one should accept that racist cops can just frame up people and nothing ever said about it. Fuhrman was the racist cop with the reputation for targeting blacks, and he was part of that case as an investigating detective. You damn well better believe a defense attorney worth his (or her) salt will go after that type of witness.

      1. Would he be stupid enough to drop one glove at the crime scene and another at HIS house but diligent enough to dispose his bloody clothes and murder weapon, not being found to-date
      2. Why was the a mirror image pattern on "his" bloody socks found in his house
      3. How was he able to dispose his bloody clothes but not his bloody socks
      4. There are blood drops from the main gate to his house but apparently he jumped over the fence after committing the murders and supposedly dropped of his bloody glove?
Please create a theory that makes sense because the prosecutors didn't convince me he did it, the defense really did a good job, because if I were a juror I would vote "Not guilty". I underestimated the dream team at first before watching this series and just thought it was a bunch of lawyers who played the race card just from watching 10 minute videos on TH-cam and reading other people's comments but after watching this.
