I'm still mad about what Proctor said about Karen Read. He better get fired. Each comment he said was worse than the previous, he is the lead detective, he no credibility! Proctor is Suss! I believe he is a woman hater. I'm sure he has planted evidence in the past. PROCTOR didn't do his job objectively . Too much reasonable doubt in this case, you must acquit Karen Read.....then Karen can sue!and get all the money she spent on an awesome defense.......Proctor is most hated.....yep, most hated!!!!!!

The sensors will go crazy and the car will automatically engage the breaks, well this feature is in my wifes VW Polo so i'm sure this Lexus would be a lot more sophisticated which makes it even more difficult to kill someone by reversing over them. At the very least u will be able to injure but a grown ass Policeman that has all the skills to ensure his safety, come-on!!!!!! Smell like a set up!!!

IF Karen Read was guilty, these investigators did a fantastic job of freeing her by incompetence, tunnel vision, and a completely biased investigation. Proctor's behavior is disgusting! And thanking the jury was proof that he is oblivious to his impact! I was embarrassed FOR him! I foresee many new appeals in criminal cases in Massachusetts, as well there should be !

The video of Karen Read backing out of the drive, hitting John's car was what did it for me. NOT because his car moved, but because of the BRIGHT RED glow of when she hit her brakes! Snow or no snow, a missing taillight cover would show a bright white beam. Corruption is evident, in my opinion.
Ya, no. She didn't hit JO SUV. The video shows that it was broken if you look closely. There was no opportunity for Proctor to run over to JO house after he's dead, smash the light, in the garage pick up all the pieces, go back to the scene, plant the evidence under the snow. You can't explain how that's possible after conspiring with everyone else to frame RK.

This case is over. Not guilty. It's ridiculous that they never even knocked on the door of the cops house where a cop was found injured on his front lawn. Not Guilty.

They refuse accountability, have little to no empathy, entitlement, etc ... Most people will live and die without an official diagnosis because they don't have a rock bottom. Even when someone calls them out, they find a way to deflect or gas light, to play victim. Dr. Ramani made a bold statement that she feels it's more like every one in six people that would be high on the spectrum (and she gave one example: domestic abuse. Someone capable of domestic abuse IS a narcissist. This person began charismatic, charming, romantic, loving ... and then became controlling and abusive. Domestic abuse, alone, encompasses a high percentage of people and no, domestic abusers aren't going into therapy to be confirmed as narcissists). So I doubt it's only one person in that entire room. But one thing we know about narcissism ... helping fields like police, medical, fire departments, etc ... attract them. A clean image matters to them ... They love accolades and validation.
I don't know if Karen did, or didn't, run over John. I think it's plausible that an accident may have occurred. People were drinking, having a great time. But what the videos from the bar that night show ... is a lot of affection between John & Karen. The problem is, Proctor and his cronies were so focused on proving murder ... and because of that, John O'Keefe will never have real justice. It's their fault if no one is convicted. The entire case is a clown show. But honestly, I think Proctor's texts are the nail in the coffin of this case.

If Proctor is found to have tampered with the case and evidence to target Karen Read, he should be held liable for ALL court costs, to include both the defense’s and prosecution’s legal fees.
Additionally he should be forced to pay back EVERY dollar collected as a State Trooper from the State of Massachusetts from Jan 29, 2022.
If he can’t afford it, seize his assets.

Trooper Michael Proctor had access to O'Keefe's Ring account.
During the trial so far, it was discovered that another investigator notated the 12:41am video of Karen Read arriving back at O'Keefe's home, but according to Trooper Proctor, there was no video at 12:41am.
In my opinion, he deleted the video because it exonerates Karen Read.

Trooper Barros testified that the taillight was cracked but not completely broken when they were putting it on the tow truck.
Trooper Proctor also mentioned that Colin Albert was there different times, first he said Colin Albert wasn’t there when the party/ gathering was happening then he said Colin got there after so it wasnt raising questions in his mind he didn’t find it important ???? 🤔🤨

Aside from the absolutely disgusting and unacceptable way that the lead investigator proctor (who clearly had an agenda from early on) conducted himself there are so many holes in the prosections case that clearly this jury will have more than ample reasonable doubt.
Vinnie- why dont you point out these key facts - 1)John Okeefe did not have ANY injuries to his body that are consistent with being struck with a vehicle
2)no one saw a 6 foot body on that tiny lawn after KR left
3) the material that the taillight is made of is extremely difficult to shatter in the 47 pieces by hitting a human by the vehicle going backwards and that are claimed to have been found AFTER the SUV had been taken into custody
4) at the time of the initial investigation when there was light snow cover not ONE single taillight piece was found even though officers had a leaf blower and searched the area
5) no one can explain why there are so many minutes missing at a key time in the sallyport when it could have been a perfect opportunity for proctor to remove pieces of taillight
6)WHY would they have brought the lexus SUV to a sallyport almost an hour away to a police department that had recused themselves when there were facilities so much closer to where they picked up the vehicle ??
7) why is the video of KR returning to johns home at 12:41 missing ???
8) why is the video from the library missing at the key time that KR drove past there?
9) why did Jen Mccabe do a google search at 2:20 am in the morning "hos long to die in the cold?" And then delete it? Why do other police investigations rely on celebrite data such as this on every other investigation and now suddenly celbrite is wrong ?
I could go on and on and on with the MASSIVE holes in this investgation however even wuth just a few of these this trial should NEVER have happened and some of those involved including Proctor and Higgins have perjured themselves so badly that i cannot imagine that in the federal investgation they wont be charged with something.

How do you explain the large piece of taillight missing at 8.42am from the wellness check footage. That footage showing a large piece missing is approximately nine hours before the SUV ever got to the Sally port. That wellness check footage is before Proctor ever got involved.

If he's letting his emotions get the best of him, he can't lead a fair investigation. He obviously didn't take any measures to counteract or take his bias into consideration. If he actually did not think Brian Albert had anything to do with the death, why wouldn't he take actions to rule him out? Why wouldn't he go into the home and show there's no evidence inside the home? The very best case scenario for Procter is a bad case of tunnel vision and he decided to 'help' the evidence, as opposed to an active cover up.
