This is why BLM celebrated EVERY SINGLE minority killing by looting and burning. What Clark, Darden, & the whole team failed to realize was, by defending Fuhrman in the beginning and then, once the tapes and his vile racism came to light, condemning him to the point they wish he weren't on the planet, they gave the defense claims of planting evidence and targeting a black man who preferred white women EXTRA WEIGHT. Not only did they fail to refute the planting of evidence, they devoted about 30 seconds to knock down the vilifying of him and Chris Darden, said, "The Furhman stuff was pretty good" in closing argument...giving the jurors who already had doubt reason to have even more. The worst prosecution I'd seen in decades. The idea is to leave the jury with the feeling they have NO CHOICE but to convict. Not feed the doubt yourself.

      Andre, I was in law school when this trial took place, and passed the bar in 1996. I can tell you this. Darden presented himself like I did in my first trial in late 1996. What I mean by that was he looked unsure, afraid to make a mistake, didn’t know how to love around the court room, when to hammer home a point for fear of looking like a bully, getting played by the other lawyer’s tactics. All the things that comes with experience. He looked exactly like my first trial, only he was 38 years old here.
      Jus laughable how he conducted himself. I know Johnny gets a lot of the credit, but F Lee Bailey and the DNA lawyer they had was who I paid attention to. Their tactics was a masterclass in being a trial lawyer. How they walked around. How the used voice influxes. How they repeated certain question to make sure EVERYONE heard the answer. How every question they asked, and I mean EVERY QUESTION, they knew they answer already.

    Mark Fuhrman couldn't have planted the glove at OJs home. He wouldn't even have had time to know there was a glove involved in the investigation at Nicoles home, the murder scene, when he found the matching glove at OJs home. Also, Fuhrman couldn't possibly know if he was about to frame a man (OJ) with an alibi.
    In order for Mark Fuhrman to have planted the second glove at OJs home he:
    -Would need to know about the first glove (left glove) at Nichols home.
    -Would need to know the size, make and model of that first glove found at Nicoles so he could plant the correct matching right hand glove at OJs home.
    -Would need access to samples of OJs blood, Nicole's blood and Ron Goldmans blood to plant on the second glove.
    -Would need to know all this information and need all the blood samples (of OJ, Nichole and Ron) and the extra glove ready to plant at OJs home before the murders even occurred at Nicoles home.
    -Would need a vast network of conspirators to support his framing of OJ (blood samples, someone to plant the first glove at Nicoles.)
    -Etc, etc, etc.......
    These distractions made by the defense doesn't even make an intelligent person doubt the real evidence against OJs guilt for one second let alone prove anything close to a "reasonable doubt," LET ALONE PROVE ANYTHING "BEYOND a reasonable doubt."
    You literally need to be completely prejudice and closed-minded or completely mentally retarded to bother trying to defend OJ Simpson in the face of the real evidence against him.
    Yeah, Mark Fuhrman is racist, however that fact provides precisely ZERO reason to doubt the evidence against OJ.
    The jury was prejudice and/or mentally retarded. It's impossible for a non-prejudice or reasonably intelligent human being to conclude that OJ was not guilty.

    • @kepler240
      @kepler240 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      All true. How.could you plant that much evidence not knowing if OJ had an alibi or not? LAPD would have looked awfully bad if they planted all that evidence and find out later the local crack head killed them for drug money.

    • @jsf8145
      @jsf8145 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I see your points. They are valid. I believe OJ got away with being involved with the murders.
      As far as planting a bloody glove, the only guess I could make as to how that would be possible, is if BOTH gloves were initially discovered at the crime scene and immediately the initial detective scooped up one glove with intent on planting it as a means to get a quicker search warrant on OJ’s property. The cops were on to OJ being a prime suspect from the get go, because they had been called by Nicole so many times for domestic abuse by OJ.
      Only God knows the details at this point.
      I don’t believe Furman planted anything. The defense dredged up Furmans dirty laundry from decades early to try and manipulate the jury into turning a blind eye to OJ being a narcissistic abusive wife beater with YEARS of evidence showing domestic violence.

  • @Wazzu07
    @Wazzu07 2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

    Furman's lack of credibility eliminated critical pieces of evidence for the prosecution, & so his history of racism would have planted that seed of doubt in the minds of the jurors....hence justifying their not guilty verdict.

    They knew about Mark Fuhrman, but what they didn't know was that the defense attorneys had special investigators looking for these tapes that would incriminate Mark Fuhrman; using racial epithets was the least of the offenses that mattered it was his admittance of framing suspects to get an arrest. That's why Mark Fuhrman pleaded the fifth amendment, not because he called African Americans or Latinos racial epithets. If that was the case they'd have to fire every white cop in America. No law enforcement officer in America has ever been tried for calling a Black person a N!&&@......Racism is an institution in America even woven in the very fabric of the constitution of America only to be filled with amendments that would eventually allow Black African Americans to challenge those Jim crow laws that allowed white supremacists to commit horrific crimes against African Americans for 100 years after the Emancipation proclamation. Just listen how subliminally the prosecution defends Racism as if it doesn't exist in the case. The reality of the case became obvious to white Americans that this case was about race and how Racism has effected their own lives, because they refused to believe it exists, because of the pain it has caused African Americans for more then three hundred years. Just look at the way white law enforcement officers deal with Black People as opposed to white People. Black law enforcement officers don't treat white people like how white officers do Black African Americans. This case was supposed to be about the murder of two young people who didn't deserve to die like that, but it got lost in the courtroom drama of court tv Justice, the public opinions was the verdict not a trial by a Jury of OJs peers.

The trial was about an innocent man, OJ Simpson, being charged. Innocent until proven guilty.

What some many people are missing about the OJ Simpson trial is the aspect of having your finances in order. God forbid if a day comes when you need defense lawyers. But if your finances are in order. You can fight that multi-billion government. Whether you believe OJ is guilty or not. Which I believe he is innocent. Get your finances in order just in case.
