That's true. Which is why they'll also do whatever they can to prevent your access to your phone if they can get away with it. My old roommate was beat up when two plainclothes officers barged their way in our house without identifying themselves. He had a simple traffic warrant, and as soon as they saw him they threw him down, they intentionally trashed our house and broke a bunch of things, and when I tried to reach for my phone, one of them threatened to break my arm if I touched it and pushed me down on the couch, made me just sit and watch. I don't EVER answer the door anymore if I'm not expecting someone. Opening for the police or even letting them know you're there is dangerous. In my state, police didn't have to have their own cameras on, and they got away with so much. Keep your phone in your hand and already recording as soon as you know they're approaching, because they won't let you near it otherwise.
That interrogation was wild. The ego of that person was simply astounding. How come these people don't even realise they are diggin themselves a hole is very strange to me.
@@honzasenbauer612 It's because of things like earlier. Most people believe that if they don't have a confession, they can't be charged. This is why being quiet and lawyering up is usually the best course of action, if you really didn't do anything you're fine and sometimes can sue for damages, on the other hand if you are convicted the lawyer is going to be able to get evidence and things too due to court orders for the case and will know exactly how deep in the pot their would be suspected person would be and would be able to go for as reduced as sentence as possible based on what evidence the police have. This person is clearly someone that thinks they are smarter based on a little bit of research or knowledge from being in the system before.

From what I gathered from the net, they were still running a criminal case against him and his own lawsuit has been dismissed due to the plaintiffs failure to respond on court order sent via regular mail to his last known address. Wonder what's going on there..did they find some evidence linking him with some serious crime and he went on the run? Did they settle out of court? I wish I knew.

The video of the teen who kept requesting a breathalyzer seriously triggered me. About 5 years ago, I was an Uber driver and got a request in Bluffton SC. It was around 1am, bc that was usually my busiest time of night. I wasn't familiar with the area and was going to make a u-turn at the light when I saw a no u turn sign so I turned on my blinker and quickly got over to turn right at the light and turn around when the car behind me turned on his blue lights and a sheriff proceeded to pull me over. I explained to him I was an Uber driver and what had happened. He told me I had changed lanes quickly and asked if I had been drinking, which I had not. Then a Bluffton officer shows up. While the sheriff is asking me questions, the Bluffton cop goes to run my ID and plates. Then it gets crazy... the sheriff tells me he just got another call and needed to leave and the Bluffton officer was taking over. The sheriff deputy leaves and the Bluffton cop begins with asking if I'd had anything to drink or drugs, etc. He asks if I would do the breathalyzer and field sobriety which I did and passed. Then he asks if I had drugs in the car, I tell him I don't, that I'm just an Uber driver, trying to keep drunk people off the streets, he then tells me they're going to bring a drug dog to walk around my car. I said that was fine bc I had nothing to hide. Then they tell me the drug dog hit on something and I was floored. At that point, they proceeded to TRASH my car. They didn't find any drugs (shocker). So then they find two straws in the back seat of the car that my 2 year old daughter must have dropped between the car seat and the seat, that I hadn't noticed before. They said they were going to test them for drugs. By now, ALL OF BLUFFTON PD was there. I had been detained, in cuffs for TWO HOURS. I'm freaking out thinking they are going to try to find any reason they can to arrest me (I've never been arrested before). So, I ask the officer testing the "drug straws", when you test the straws and find NOTHING, then what? And the officers says, then I guess we'll let you go. To which the original officer shoots him a pissed off look. Needless to say, the straws didn't test positive for anything and I was released. That was the scariest thing I've ever had to go through. It was so obvious that officer was desperate to arrest me for something. I didn't even get a ticket because I hadn't broken any laws to even be pulled over. I asked around to see if there was anything I could do legally, and everyone told me that since I hadn't been arrested, it would be hard to do anything. Now, I don't EVER drive through Bluffton, S for fear of something like this happening again. I also quit being an Uber driver after that bc I was too scared to take requests at night after the incident and night is when you make the most money driving for ride share companies. Oh, I forgot to mention, when I finally got back in my car, the Uber request was still active. Granted, I had been detained on the side of the road for close to 3 hours while the Bluffton Police Department treated me like a hardened criminal. I called the person to make sure she was OK and if she still needed me to come get her. When she answered the phone, she was HEAVILY intoxicated but could tell I was upset and asked me if I was ok. I told her a brief version of what had happened and she told me she was fine and had decided to just stay at her friend's house that night. I ended the call and the request and went home forever changed by a group of bored, corrupt Bluffton SC police officers.
This is INFURIATING. And you actually could 100% sue for big money for illegal detainment, they can not detain you without reasonable suspicious a crime has been committed or is about to be

They want that money. Very rare to hear about them capturing true criminals. Also they are supposed to stop pursuit when putting people's lives in danger. My 50 years on earth only one time have I seen an officer stop pursuit because he didn't want the victim on the motorcycle hurt or anyone else. Cops have killed and disabled so many people just by not stopping pursuits. They are not for the people's rights, peoples safety, just news reporters with a badge "uh where you heading to and where you coming from?" I cannot stand that question. It's also very unintelligent when they have to read the Miranda rights from a peice of paper. If you cannot remember those rights you should not be a cop because you probably don't know any rights.
Most police departments in the US have removed the slogan "To protect and serve" from their squad cars. They are absolutely not there to protect or serve. Their job is to screw over their fellow humans for the purpose of raising revenue for their perspective cities/counties/states. In my opinion, if a good person puts on a police uniform, it's no different than skinning a pig and wearing its hide. They are unclean because of their corruption. I would never point out the obvious by calling a cop a pig to his face, but if I did and they asked me why, I'd tell them that if they don't want to be called a pig, they need to stop wearing pig clothes and to get out of the hog pin they call a police station. The first Transformer movie had it right when they had "To Punish and Enslave" on the back of the Decepticon squad car.
That's what cops do. Admitting they are wrong is just something they seem unable to do. All the way to losing their job. District attorneys are the same. So many of them are unable to say they screwed up and put the wrong person in prison. One case, a man's DNA did not match up with a case of rape he was convicted for 20 years ago. Instead of letting the guy out of prison, the DA said he must have had a second guy with him! It's obvious the guy is innocent but the stupid DA is unable to admit he messed up. The same with the West Memphis 3. The DA still thinks those high school kids did it, even though they were released. Law enforcement just cannot admit they make mistakes!!
No it's because the cop that sits quietly is not in charge in that equation and disagreeing publicly with a colleague in blue can have some nasty consequences for the junior cop. They can only silently sit by learn and vow to do it differently in the future. It's not all black and white...
I can’t believe a judge would tolerate this. I bet if it was a good ole white cop that this pesti little idiot was harassing them he would be retain detained. Total asshole!
No it’s not crazy to watch them intentionally. If your a public servant and the only one to report job performance and knowledge of their job, knowing full well that in a second the “public servant” can destroy your life and time on something they make up on a whim. These “public servants” are the ones who label what them deem as “unlawful” and show what they only want to show. When they are at fault who are you going to complain to? These “public servants” who sit out and watch from a safe distance for small/possible “infractions”. So to sit out and upset the public and not to actually try to stop real crime is disgraceful. And all this information has to go in their favor “conflict of interest”
Bro Jeff saying “you the good cop?” Then replying with “you look like the prick” was the most realistic bad ass scene I’ve ever seen in my entire life lol
Many places also have very corrupt judges and prosecutors who protect crooked cops. The cops then won't arrest the corrupt judges and prosecutors so they all look out for one another.

I got arrested one time while driving on a work permit I had for work. The officer literally said "even though it's a valid work permit I'm arresting you because you're license is suspended". It got dismissed before a court date could even be made.
You got lucky. Even a valid work permit doesn’t supersede state licensing laws. The exception is if all driving is done in private property throughways, roads etc.
@duzzitmatter8679 not here in Georgia, if you have a work permit you can drive to and from work as long as you're not doing anything illegal. The cop had no right to arrest me, that's what the DA's office concluded to which is why it got dismissed.
Lol false. The state gives the work permit license. Lol . Lol. Lol .wtf are you making up right now? The state supercedes their own work permit licenses? Work permits wouldn't exist if that was true. People just make up anything. Just delete your comment
I believe any charges law enforcement should face, should be felonies. Law enforcement should never get the privilege of a misdemeanor. They should be held at a higher standard for ‘knowing the law’ and still breaking it. Just to be fair, lawyers and judges should be held to the same standard. If you know and ‘uphold’ the law, any crime you commit should surpass misdemeanor.
Fine, then you also need to raise the base salary of a cop and provide proper legal training allowing them to become lawyers or cop, because if you know the law expertly, you are a lawyer. I hope you are fine with paying for all this with your taxes.
@kaviramyead7987 that's what people are wanting when they say "defund the police". They want proper training done and I fully support the idea that anyone wanting to go into any capacity of law enforcement should go through some form of schooling, be trained to de-escalate situations and how to handle citizens that aren't neurotypical. Stating someone who's expertly knowledgeable in law is a lawyer is false, however. Every citizen should know and understand the law and their rights but being an expert in law does not necessarily make them a lawyer. And for what its worth, I'd be more than happy to pay for that with my taxes, especially if you consider I pay for what's in this video with my taxes already.

The fact that the cops at 32:00 had absolutely zero crime and had to find and make up something is crazy to me. This is why being charged for resisting unlawful arrests shouldn’t be a crime much less something that could get you actual jail time
The law in North Carolina states that it is legal to resist an unlawful arrest. Of course you have to survive what happens when all his buddies show up.
As a person who got myself off of a LOT of needed morphine, it's absolutely cruel not to get an addict Methadone when asking for it. They have him in a very vulnerable situation!!
Is anyone aware that the very language you speak (especially Mandarin or English) is designed around forcing you to behave in these ways? To be free, as Eckhart teaches (among others) we must relinquish authority in our language. No man or woman is either better than or worse than you.
Trespassing cannot happen on public property you're thinking of publicly accessible private property like a church or a store, but you can not be trespassed from publicly owned property
Wait, so the cops entered the guy's house illegally, assaulted him and injured him in the process, tased him, interfered with his underage son and then conspired as to how they were going to present the situation in the best possible light and all that happened was they got fired? What's the bet that if I do even half of that I go to jail?

"I obviously have enough for to charge him with the sobriety."
Ahh yes, the great crime of DWS, aka. driving while sober.

Cops: Whats your name?
Son: i dont have to give you that.
Dad: Jack dont tell them.
It's crazy to watch someone intentionally trying to ruin someones life and the other cop just sits and watches it.
Classic
No it's because the cop that sits quietly is not in charge in that equation and disagreeing publicly with a colleague in blue can have some nasty consequences for the junior cop. They can only silently sit by learn and vow to do it differently in the future. It's not all black and white...
It should be that black and white! Operations that aren't that black and white breed corruption!

@duzzitmatter8679 not here in Georgia, if you have a work permit you can drive to and from work as long as you're not doing anything illegal. The cop had no right to arrest me, that's what the DA's office concluded to which is why it got dismissed.

Absolutely beautifully stated
Completely agree. It’s a higher abuse of power, and therefore their crimes should be held to a higher degree.

Love how this started "you are f*cked"
The fact that the cops at 32:00 had absolutely zero crime and had to find and make up something is crazy to me. This is why being charged for resisting unlawful arrests shouldn’t be a crime much less something that could get you actual jail time
The law in North Carolina states that it is legal to resist an unlawful arrest. Of course you have to survive what happens when all his buddies show up.
He didn’t need that wheel chair huh? “Hail no..” 🤣🤣
As a person who got myself off of a LOT of needed morphine, it's absolutely cruel not to get an addict Methadone when asking for it. They have him in a very vulnerable situation!!
I love Jeff! He's funny AF!
"Whenever you feel superior or inferior to anyone, that´s the EGO in you". E Tolle
There was a cool anime that taught me a lot about this lol
@@Cheremeriwhich one bro?
Is anyone aware that the very language you speak (especially Mandarin or English) is designed around forcing you to behave in these ways? To either have to acknowledge others' status above or below you.
Ex. Ni Hao = Hello. (regular)
Nin Hao = Hello elder w/status.
Ex. Yes Sir = acknowledge rank above.
To be free, as Eckhart teaches (among others) we must relinquish authority in our language.
No man or woman is either better than or worse than you.
The first one with the cop saying it’s his building. What? Who does he think he is? Loser on a power trip. Keep up the good work young ones.
Law enforcement is an exceptional job that only exceptional people should be allowed.
They certainly believe they are exceptional though
2:54 "Trespassing on public property" Holy shit is this the level of intelligence of the police force? That is literally impossible...
Trespassing can occur on both private and public property
How can trespassing occur on public property?@@RayHolland494
Trespassing cannot happen on public property you're thinking of publicly accessible private property like a church or a store, but you can not be trespassed from publicly owned property
Wait, so the cops entered the guy's house illegally, assaulted him and injured him in the process, tased him, interfered with his underage son and then conspired as to how they were going to present the situation in the best possible light and all that happened was they got fired? What's the bet that if I do even half of that I go to jail?
I believe he also civilly sued them for a million a piece.
Omg the first cop "you are tresspassing on public property", DOES HE REALISE WHAT HE JUST SAID
"My..vernacular....its very...good"😂😂😂
WOW! Kudos to Jeff!! What a great example of exhibiting your rights and turning your life around 👏
Lol yeah. I really hope Jeff got his life together. He is obviously a very smart and could be a real asset to society. He could list on job apps that the is THE "legendary Jeff"
I honestly don’t understand the ego. I think the test of a person is to let that go, and admit when you’re wrong. It’s why I’m 37 with a beautiful daughter of 15 years, and a beautiful wife of 16 years. You have to be humble. I make more mistakes that most, but ego gets you in trouble. Confidence is completely different and essential.
Well said
The SC Chief of Police is the gift that keeps giving.
