How to wash off expose aggregate

In this video I explain when you should put the sugar and water on top of the concrete so when you expose the concrete it is easy for you to wash off . Hi my exposed agg is very patchy. It not sealed yet. Had it laid on Wednesday. Can this be rectified? Also have dips in it. Do you think it is from pressure washer? Thanks

We had an exposed aggregate driveway installed two months ago. It was not washed thoroughly and now there’s a thin layer of cement covering a lot of the aggregate. Our HOA is complaining that we are not in compliance with our covenants which require all drives to be exposed aggregate. Is there a way to remove this thin layer of cement to expose more aggregate? Thanks in advance.

In melb we usually flat trowel then stipple trowel and then flat trowel it have you guys ever done that ?
