Hey there! Great work and keep it up! I’m curious what kind of sealer you use for this type of application? I’m about to do a couple concrete patio tables and plan to grind to expose the agg and glass but I’m having trouble finding an outdoor sealer that will adhere to the glass that isn’t an epoxy! Thanks for the ideas and keep up the great work!
D-One is what we used in this video www.deco-cretesupply.com/products/decorative-concrete-sealers-solvent-based-sealer/d-one-5-gallon Thanks for watching Darcy!
I wish you were in Jersey! I want to do my front walkway with glow in the dark stones but want to have them placed inside a brick mold. Can that be done without messing up the pattern?
Depends on what glass you use. The glass we used in the video is made specifically for this application, so no sharp edges! Thanks for watching Jeremy!👍
Thanks for the comment!!! You could definitely do this around a pool. Exposed aggregate concrete makes a great non-skid surface for pool decks, just make sure to use smooth glass so no one cuts their feet on it. Thanks for watching👍
Love this idea of seeding the concrete. If I were to do this with pebbles too and grind it instead of spraying off do you think the pebbles would be set enough and wouldn't pop out from the grinder? Would leave it set a few weeks.
This would be a pretty rough surface for a garage floor. Instead, you could add glass aggregate but go for a polished finish to expose for a smoother texture!
Nice video. You'll get more views if you change the title of you're video to something like glass stone inlay or river rock embedded concrete. People are looking for this kind of beautiful craftsmanship. Not everyone knows what aggregate is. Just an idea.

That might be tough, they would be hard to see without exposing the surface.
Looks beautiful 👍 is the glass sharp at all? Could you walk on it with bare feet?

Great work Jason! Very nice! Do you recommend this same concrete with glass aggregate around the swimming pools?

It will hold up the same as regular exposed aggregate concrete!

Im struggling to find the DEACTIVATOR in the uk would it be called sometime else? Thanks
If you can't find a surface deactivator, you will have to use a surface retarder. Ask your local supplier about exposed aggregate products. cheers
Where can I get the mother of pearl bits?
