You should direct this lady to get a court order from the judge to have access to the scene of incident
Secondly if the son fell, support her to sue the school for negligence. Their school should be safe with barriers to prevent falls or if he was suicidal, sue the school for failing to ensure safety regarding son wellbeing
Even the punishing of students who miss school because of late payment of fees must be looked into seriously. Povety is not by choice. Tuko, please pursue this issue and rescue other students who come from poor backgrounds, please, I beg you.

Schools need to be sued for monetary damages. Parents need to take actions and elect leaders to support a legislation safe children acts that hold schools responsible. Schools don’t care, nothing happens to them.

Gai! There are a lot of questions ? How can a boy be punished 2 consecutive days, fine the next day and dead an hour after the teacher confirmed the boy was fine? Could someone have pushed the boy? Could he have been punished since morning, feeling hungry and dizzy that he mistook the fence frame for the door? If this woman was rich none of these things would have happened. She didn't choose to be poor for crying out loud! When are we going to get to the point where we look at people as humans instead of rich human and poor human, privileged human and underprivileged human When it comes to cases like these.
