- David and I checked out some luxury apartments in San Francisco. The market has drastically changed in the past year and prices have dropped a lot on these amazing spaces! It was super fun to check out these places, let me know which one is your favorite!:)

I really wish you could have told us the cost for rent and/or any additional costs such as parking etc. in each place you checked out. That could really sway a potential apartment hunter one way or the other. This was especially disappointing to me because the whole first part of the video was focused on the apparent substantial drop in pricing, but you offered no real numbers for the viewers..
Yes I agree! I meant to compare prices but honestly a lot of places never gave us a solid price of what the apartments were going for bc of weekend deals or if we signed a lease that weekend they were going to give us a deal/ because we saw so many models they didn’t give us a sheet listing out what it would cost. In the future I will do a better job at asking the price to share with you guys:)

Currently casually looking for a place, I had the same exact feeling at those multi-unit apartments. It felt cold, too crowded, and basically like a hotel. Not what I expected at all, but glad I was able to see them since living in SF ive only been in houses with roommates.

What's so funny is their idea of small apartment and their idea of what not a nice view and what's not a Nice view from those apartments. After looking at these apartments they all look big to me but what I didn't like are the long size apartments they call big but it actually was but just long like a long box with one window in that area and it look like it didn't bring enough natural light the long apartment.📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢

Azure or Jasper with the views of the water and the nice outdoor spaces...I can't live without a view and an outdoor space...I wouldn't even consider anything on the street level.

You wouldn’t have to put a couch on the wall you can put it in the middle of a room facing outside. And used cushions for a seating area and go ahead and put your entertainment on the wall

The couch doesn’t have to go against the wall you can put it in the middle of the room make an area with the rug and that looks so much more sophisticated

They all have gyms but only one was somewhat open during Covid!

not luxury at Argenta! there's mold throughout the building and inside our unit!

It’s cool bout the theme/contents, but there’s a lot you can improve about your shooting skills! Camera literally just turning casually, very random, not steady at all!!! Feels hella dizzy watching this whole video but I finished! Hope you can do better in the future!

Those new buildings are all so cookie-cutter. Definitely nice, but to me lack a lot of personality.
I prefer a remodeled Victorian in the Mission or Hayes Valley if you can find a good one that's not super expensive. **good luck**

Not on all of them. She toured towers in downtown, one with about 35 stories. 400 foot tall towers.
