I’m looking to move to SF sometime this year and I’ve been loving your apartment hunting series! Gives a good sense of what to look out for without actually being in the city 😊
on your tip about layout - my partner and i just moved into a 2BA/2BD two-floor townhome in pac heights for $3500!! WITH parking!!! like we seriously so lucked out. 😭 i honestly think it's bc the pictures online were kinda weird (we almost didn't check out the place bc of them) but when we went in person it was AMAZING. so definitely +1 on checking them out in person bc you never know what you're gonna find!!
As someone looking to move to sf in the next couple of months this was SO HELPFUL!!! Did you ever have any issues with package thieves when living in the city?
Hey, love your videos Looking to move to SF next month, what are some of the apartment looking website you'd recommend please? Any goog neiborhood you'd like to recommend close to UCSF? Thank you so much
I based my entire move on location location. I wanted to be walking distance from work so even though I pay a little over 3k I figured that I can live house poor for 2 years and than really see if I want to invest in a place that's more me😅
I live in San Francisco for some time now and I am looking for a new place close to the downtown area. Your videos are very accurate and interesting about the actual home hunting situation here. I should also mention that I find myself frustrated with the amount of scammers and misleading post on Craigslist. I know there is always some amount of scammers but lately seems to be about 80% of the daily posts. Looking forward your next updates.
Omg the amount of listings I had to sift through before finding a REAL one was SUPER DISCOURAGING! it seems like getting a referral from a friend or coworker is the best way to go
Part 2 of my Apartment Series! You asked for me to share advice for apartment hunting in san francisco! Which apartment was your favorite?
Yaayyy love the Colour pop and super excited Ally! 💕😍
