I was down with covid for the past 6 days and today seemed a lot better, so: yogatime❗️but a normal class is absolutely not an option yet: no breath, no energy. This gentle stretching class however, was just what the system needed. 🙏🏻 thank you for helping my recovery.
This practice is perfect for working around a fresh injury. In my case the upper rib cage on my right side. Slow and methodical movement is the only way to operate with said injury, and the longer time allows for exploration of working around the pained area to keep the stiffness at bay. Will be returning to this class a few times this week.
I would love to find the time and energy to do these practices everyday, but unfortunately I haven't found them yet. In the meanwhile, I do them twice a week, better than nothing I guess. But this doesn't prevent me from appreciating your work a lot, Tim! Thank you so much!

Type in 15 minute Then you’ll see all the 15 minute and 20 minute videos available.😉
I was too tired to follow the day 5 class so I skipped to this one instead of skipping yoga. This was an excellent decision, this restorative practice is very different from all the ones I did over the years. It felt wonderful and I stretched in positions I had never tried before. Thank you for expanding my practice and making me feel so good.

Waking up this morning Tim to full on aches and stiffness, I did this amazing class, Friday being the day I am a Mothers help with two toddlers, and boy did this ease all my aches, so I’m off to a great start and full of gratitude - much love and thank you Lizzy 🏴
