Gretchen, as far as weight lifting goes you should absolutely DO IT! I felt the same way as you like always going to classes & never really seeing a change. Then I met my boyfriend who encouraged me to start lifting heavy & I have seen such an increase in muscle on my body in less than 6 months. Lifting heavy seemed so scary to me but in classes it’s harder to keep track of the progress you’re making i.e. increase in reps/weight you can do. You become so proud of yourself because you start to get stronger physically & mentally. I also have been sleeping better than I ever have in my life & it’s helped me push myself in other ways in my life that I never would have realized. I found out I didn’t need to be lifting 8 pound weights when I can lift 30 pound weights just because I was scared my arms would get big! I hope this helps ❤❤

I love doing a bunch of different workout classes too. I find that I never get bored when I do that. Weight lifting has 10000% helped me with all my workouts. Just makes you so strong overall.

Okay this was a niche part of the vlog buutttttt micro fiber cloths for cleaning the counters! I bought a pack of 12 on amazon & they changed the game! HIGHLY recommend
Brodie reminds me so much of my Labradoodle Jack haha the head on the pillow, the toy graveyard and anytime someone comes home or wakes up he has to greet them with something in his mouth. So cute!

You can clean the countertops with a reusable microfiber cloth and just wash them with your dish towels.

For counters I use a Clorox wipe. Doesn’t streak, smells amazing, and it know it’s effective
I use what’s called a minky to clean surfaces. I got a pack of three and they are machine washable. One for each bathroom and one for the kitchen. They have a scrubby side and a wipe side. They’re different colors so I know which one is which.
Paper towel is the best
This inspired me to get the f up and do the dishes! Literally took 5 minutes lol. I use Clorox wipes for the bathrooms, it's an added expense, but worth it I think
Hi Gretchen! I’m pretty sure that dog toy is BarkBox brand and if so, those are made to have the top layer torn off and then your dog can have the harder toy underneath 😊 so check it before you throw it in the graveyard! Lol

I'm Brody in the car wash lol, I don't know what it is but I get really anxious and panicky in them and have had a panic attack before 🤕 at this point I just get my dad to go for me when I really need one.
Amazon has these “reusable paper towels” that you can wash. I can’t remember the brand though. I think they’re like a flannel-y material
you can deff use whatever you want to clean your counter tops i wouldn’t buy paper towels though

Not everyone is able to buy a place, there is more than a mortgage involved, there’s maintenance and big expensive things that can go wrong and not everyone afford that, keep that in mind before throwing up your opinions
