I think there’s a big psychological aspect to it, but there is actually a small amount of caffeine in decaf.

Just letting you know, the decaf does wake you up because there is still some caffeine in decaf, but less 2 mg, but regular coffee has 95mg. Anyways love your videos and love the day in my life type videos.

You could also put a bit of cucumber into the salad plus if you cut some cumcumber at night you will be inclined to eat it the next day as a snack

You are a great TH-camr and the videos are fun to watch. However, I will say that because you are an influencer, you should use your platform to educate about saving money and giving advice about setting goals to be financially stable. It may just be me, but I feel that you give off the idea that it’s okay to spend large amounts of money with shopping, or other luxury. Yes, how you spend your money is your business and you work hard for it, no doubt about it. I just believe you should show your viewers that saving money can be beneficial and you don’t need to buy something to be part of the popular society.
Does that sunscreen you use Dani make your eyes water. It’s always a major problem with me. Does anyone recommend a good sunscreen that won’t make my eyes water.
The Fenty moisturizer/spf is really good and doesn’t hurt my eyes. I use the supergoop one but it makes my eyes sting really bad, so I just don’t put it near my eyes.
i struggle with that too, but the ones from la roche posay are my solution, i could literally smear their sunscreens on my eyeballs haha

I LOVE the smell of sunscreen for the same reason. It just makes me thing of the beach. Also, yes, you should put sunscreen on your eyelids lol. Skin there is very thin and signs of aging show up there sooner than in other places

I make taco salad too but, I add Siete taco seasoning to the meat and drizzle Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce over the top! Sooo good! Super easy to meal prep for easy grab & go lunches!

Here is the deal with lettuce though, if you want to eat lettuce, stick to romaine. Stay away from the round lettuce from the store. It’s mainly water and core. Also, that lettuce can and will bloat you. If you get the romaine 🥬 …you will notice it’s a lot more greener so you’re getting the vitamins and there is not as much core. You’re welcome!
