Lone Echo is definitely one of the best VR experiences I've had so far. I don't understand why they haven't put it on Steam or ported it to Quest yet, it's an absolute masterpiece. There are several gems on the old store that deserve to be given more prominence, like Stormland or Asgard's Wrath 1.
I love that series. Lone Echo 2 was on a whole other level. The story and gameplay were amazing. It’s honestly worth buying a gaming pc just to play it.
Came to the comments to make sure this was mentioned. The first time you exit the airlock is an exploration, breathtaking experience! Lone Echo and Lone Echo 2 are some of the best games I've ever played. I actually went into mourning for a couple of days after I finished LE 2 because that meant that my time as a space robot was over.

As an Australian, it wss hilarious to hear a Brit say the world isn't as green as they thought it was. Especially while looking at the Red Sea and, I think, mistaking the Dead Sea works for vegetation.

I can't tell you because the game consistently crashed within 10 seconds of being able to move my hands with the motion controllers. While I appreciate the recommendation, I now find it necessary to ask what are the specs for those that are able to successfully play this game. The only thing missing are the vast amounts of Star Jellies, aka Space Phenomena 1, all around. They range from small to huge. The tether breakaway footage from the STS-75 back in the 90s as shown in the now classic "Secret NASA Transmissions: The Smoking Gun" video is a perfect example of the countless amount of Star Jellies there are out there. Space isn't a void, but an interstellar ocean full of xenobiological life. NASA will acknowledge the existence of SP1 and SP2 (Rainbow Darters), but won't talk about them, even though there is plenty of footage showing them throughout the years. From the various videos, they don't care about humans. They feed off of a particular gaseous energy in the upper atmosphere of the Earth, blossoming like little suns in the process, then basically going transparent upon moving to space again. You really can't see them other than in infrared, unless they bloom or flash in communication, very much like a squid, octopus or cuttlefish, to which they share a lot of similarities.
@@Maltbrew Do some research before claiming something someone said as false and calling them "insane". There are plenty of videos out there showing them in space moving about.
