Thanks for sharing after 16 Year's of building high power pev,s coming from a Hayabusa mechanic & life long Rider background 🚴👨🏿🔧when you Sir - Jack Cecil & Crisscrossing Wires- tune electric I pull my chair up 🌩️✌️
I ordered mine a couple of months back. Finally getting my 5kw motor from powerful lithium. Just wanted to mention that you should make replacement factory dropouts but with the keyed hole large enough for bigger motors. As a consumer, I'd be happy to pay $100-$150 for a set if it saved me the time and headache of actually trying to find a shop to mill my stock one.
Excellent video and total product, shame for the price of the original product it has first-timers who haven't brought in experience to advise before mass producing... thanks for patching up the poor design!
I love this and need this..but I don't have a Super73 😢 I've got a fat snowbike frame on approx 8ooo watts . I'm still going to visit your website.. great job.
Man. I just recently upgraded to 72w 5kw NB power. It’s nice to go fast but I don’t ride too long cause I’m afraid of it breaking. This is what I’ve been looking for. I sent a message on the website and I’m looking forward to preordering it.

I have a video I just need to edit. Ive been slacking but working on it, I have a updated ride along including 1/4 mile passes over 100mph. And its on a vesc controller, hopefully soon ill get it up. I appreciate you following along, this summer will have some really good egrom content. Shooting for 90 whp on our new dynojet dyno. Which will be on the channel soon.
Great. Although in sad that you're selling it. I would love to buy yours but I'm not in the us. And I want to build mine but those high power cells are almost impossible to get here in my country. Please make a lot of videos with it before selling. PLEASE
@SniperSnake50BMG selling it was just a feeler post to build something else. I have a new 1500 line amp controller on the way, and maybe even a billet frame. She’s here to stay!
great product! do these fit the S adventure? would love a set as this has been a concern of mine and your video justin HAPPENED to pop up on my home feed.
Thanks for sharing. Unfortunately, there are many more weaknesses that need addressing with this platform & other components. And, unless things are streamlined & stitched together, they’re going to end up Frankenstein EOD.
This is just a bolt on part that installs in minutes. This allows people to build the bike they want, or keep it stock. Once you install your own motor, you can run your own battery, own controller. The point is to make it your own.
I agree I believe it would, if they use the same drop out. I did not have one here to test, and was afraid to claim it. If you have one, and can snap a few photos id be able to confirm. Mike@upgrademyebike.com
I’m still on the stock motor but upgrading the controller so this will come in handy. My question… I’m quite fond of my extra rear mudguard that attaches on both sides, but looks like I would have to remove mine if I went for your upgrade. Do you have a solution? One sided mudguard mount?
I can add in a hole for the fender mount. Email me photos at mike@upgrademyebike.com The plates in stock wont have it but I can certainly make yours custom.
Do you remove the washer's that are on the axle on the inside of the frame? with the plates installed, the non-drive side axle nut threads on almost all the way and the drive side axle nut is only on about half way. Stock motor. Thoughts or suggestions? Thanks
No washer on the outside. Will just be plate and the nut. It should end up flush at the nut. Its possible someone added a extra spacer in-between the motor and frame? If your having any Issues, shoot me some photos and I can review. First time ive had someone run into this.
Super nice ! The PreOrder price is cheap! I hope you up that once these start selling because I believe youre selling yourself short otherwise. Those are some thick plates :)
Thank you! I just want to offer a solution , and reinvest this money to make more products. And hopefully more people can now swap to a real qs205 setup!
Yea get the stock motor version, not the 300mm version and its direct bolt on. If you run a 10 speed kit, but that in the notes. They are in stock and will ship tomorrow.
Im in the process of upgrading my Super 73 RX to the NB 5000 watt hub motor kit and my question is there's two options which one do l need for my setup please?
@@chrisMc1972 The stock/5KW plates will work with the current offerings on the market. If you want to order the custom QS motor, Contact Alan using the contact info on website. He will get you the correct motor.
As well as it comes with replacement higher grade bolts. The parts seen in this video are 3d printed and not final version. We have new billet full replacements under way as well with steel inserts. Going to remove both nuts and do a torture test.

looks good, they work on 12-16mm axles?
Yes, for axle length we make different versions. On the site there is a deep down menu for options.
You should make this for a 500w motor the axle is bigger
