met you on a photo walk one time uptown. didn't know you did youtube! super stoked to see you doing an info vid on something I'm looking to explore. cheers to you man!!!
Ahh thank you so much! I shot that using a Black Magic camera! The BMCC6K G2 to be specific! It was my first time using it outdoors like that (it’s a new cam for me) and I was thrilled with the results! Thanks for the kind words!
I love what 3D printers have done for film cameras. I’m especially thrilled to be able to shoot 35mm on my Grandmother’s Ensign 3 1/4”. It represents a physical and emotional connection that would otherwise be impossible to achieve. I finally get to use the camera that she used in the 1920’s.
That's so special!! I couldn't agree more. I just chatted with someone who didn't think they could use their old bellows Kodak camera but I sent them a link to a 616 to 120 adapter! So fun.
Cool video, nice shots! I just started my try at it with a 6x9 fold camera :) Got a RB67 also, don't you lose frames because of the winding to nr. 1? Ans does it keep going when the counter hits 10?
Great question! You lost part of the first from after you close the camera - but after that you’re good to go! And with the RB67 it keeps going after 10! That’s the best thing about the RB is that it isn’t held back by gears like with many TLR’s or 645 cameras
The rb67 or really any wider aspect medium format camera would be my dream camera for shooting sprocket shots! Subbed! Great shots! I just posted a video of me doing sprockets in a TLR. At least this time I did vertical shots, but I have done the landscape sprockets with it, which is really a pain to do. Check out my sprocket hole youtube short playlist if you get a chance.
I loaded a 35mm roll using the adapters shown in this video but my RB 67 shutter wont fire. I know it’s not the camera bc I can still shoot 120 film in it perfectly fine. Any ideas what could be going wrong?
this is very cool! your videos are so satisfying and well made.
Ahhh thank you so much! it really means a lot!

Thanks for promoting the subreddit buddy! Never thought starting that it'd blow up like it has :D
Everything about this was sick. What kind of camera did you use to film the video though? The footage of yall getting the shots is beautiful.

@@vampirotoothusmedia Thanks! Next roll RB67 🙌
Oh really? I do have a RB67 as well and I do it with the double exposure red dot
@evoselacov1923 Oh, and how exactly? You load the roll and put it on the red dot (dubble exposure), but it doesn't wind, or am I wrong?
Great video man where can we get the adapter to purchase thank you.
