A sweet treat for all festive occasions like Christmas, Diwali, Raksha Bhandan, Rakhi, Eid, Bakrid, Ganesh Chaturthi, Holi, New Year and a Mithai for all celebrations!!!
Ingredients:
160 Gms Dalda (melted) Ghee/Clarified Butter
110 Gms Powder Sugar
250 Gms Maida / All Purpose Flour
Pinch of Salt
Silver Sugar Beads
Bake at 170 C for 10 to 15 minutes, but do check after 10 minutes, as each oven varies.
Bake with lower coils on only.
After baking let it cool completely, and then store in air tight box.
Remains good for 15 days at room temperature.
