Bryan and Amelia get a lot of earned credit for Detroit: Become Human, but I realized how amazing they are as twitch streamers too, they have so much charisma.
Thing is that rock hit him in the chest/face. He might've been dead already. And with the rock slide happening Alex would've died too if Ryan hadn't cut the rope--he was trying to save any many lives as possible in the moment, and he had literally moments to make that decision.

Ryan didn't cut the rope simply to keep them from being dragged over. He and Alex were both pulling on the rope and couldn't budge it. As such, they were pinned down in the open with a whole mountainside of boulders coming down at them. He had to cut the rope so that he could pull Alex back to safety. Otherwise he and Alex would both have been crushed by hundreds of huge rocks as big or bigger than the ones that got Gabe. They also had to look out for Ethan to make him stay in the protective spot. Gabe was almost certainly dead by then. It's a hard choice that Ryan will live with for the rest of his life.
I'm sorry, but can we please talk about how Amelia reads the text messages and letters? There's just so much emotion in her voice and it's so clear to hear, most streamers I watch will just brush over it and talk quickly, but Amelia just gives it more meaning, this is one of the many reasons why I adore their streams
Aw, it's a pity you go with streamer mode on these (though I understand the copyright issue, of course). And I mean not for us as viewers, but for you as the players. LiS is an experience that is really elevated by the music each game uses, so I really hope you get to play this in private again or watch some other gamers with the music on. :3
I wish so hard that they went the Detroit BH route and got their original soundtrack, the original LiS gave content creators a bit of trouble for licensed music but as of right now the DMCA situation is like a million times worse than back then.
I just moved to Scotland, but I lived in Colorado for most of my life (funny enough moved there from Portland myself). And the gorgeousness of the small mountain towns is pretty damn accurate in this game ^_^

I've played the game 5 times or so now and only just saw what happens if you don't choose to tell him about your power. I think it's more of a bonding moment and touches on her trauma and pain she already carries. Helps connect to her past a bit more other than what was eluded in texts. -the eeri silence as they process the trauma that is that end.

I feel so intensely that it can sometimes physically hurt. It's also exactly what Bryan said, having a hard time differentiating your own emotions from others' and being almost directly plugged into their emotions. It can be extremely overwhelming. For those of you who are curious, it's a possible autism symptom. Empathy for us is different. A lot of people only see the little to no empathy side of autism, but for some people it goes the other way. I truly love this game. I see so much of myself in it. ❤
The main characters empathic abilities kind of remonds me of some star trek races. Like if Vulcans didn't have such strict self-controle (basically Romulans), or Betazoids.
