People think that they would do 4hrs / day and eventually make it like you said but it actually takes consistent working 12-14 hours per day to make FAST progress and actually get to “that” point

Its feels like i can feel im physically different in my head but it's temporary unless you're continiously working towards something.

Don't want to be that guy but ngl you're really beautiful. Anyway, relatable video, sometimes I feel like life becomes kind of one-dimensional which is not a bad thing tbh but other things that should not really diminish, does. Things like relationships, sleep, entertainment, etc.
I once worked 42 hours in a row and I cannot recommend it. Maintain a good routine and make the most of your hours awake. Way healthier and productive in the grand scheme of things

Mm... i see the improvements and are you insurance about the way you look ? If you are, then stop saying it bcoz its makes it worse. I used to feel insecure too but i stop saying to myself that im bad looking and it worked. I dont feel the insecurity any more.
