Just made it but added apple slices, brie cheese slices in between the pockets, and sprinkled chopped cranberries, raisins, and chopped cashews over the top! Delicioso!!!

Hey I found you beacuse I am learning how to eat differently so I can loose weight. I hate that all diet food is blamd so Im trying to mix things. I have a prepackaged cesar salad, but they too are too bland. So I added sunflower seeds, crushed red pepper and found some Feta cheese in my fridge and I wondered if I xould do that. So I googled "feta cheese on cesar salad" and yoir website came on. I enjoyed my salad while I watched yoir recipe and I knew I had to subscribe. Thank you!
If you would like to enjoy these type of desserts without gaining weight, well, then listen up. I utilize a sugar blocker that is made from beet waste and other vegetable waste. It is called L'arabinose and there is an extensive study done on its efficacy. I also utilize a carb blocker which is derived from white kidney bean extract at a 20:1 ratio. Both blockers are generally regarded as safe by the FDA. Plus, there is research and study done on both blockers. Hope you give it a try. I have been using both products for a few years now. The one thing I have found is, by using the blockers, your body changes for the better and sugar cravings diminish. Anyway, you should never purchase these items without the url's provided so one can study and make the decision to try it or not. I have type 1 diabetes and still manage to eat well. A staple that I eat daily for lunch and my metabolism burns it up is as follows. Quinoa, toasted garbanzo beans, red onion,organic baby spinach leaves.feta cheese, roasted chicken tossed with Greek dressing.Newman brand or make from scratch. Black olives are optional. You can substitute boiled eggs for chicken or tuna. The proteins important. This pleases the palate..makes you full and packed with nutrients. Another fiber dense nutrient rich breakfast is use Bob's Red Mill Organic Oatmeal..1 serving(1 cup water, 1/2 cup oats) than add 1/4 can of pure pumpkin puree, 2Tab Brown sugar or honey or maple syrup.1t..Cinnamon Vanilla extract & Nutmeg cook all the above 3 minutes. Toward the end last 2min add 1/4 cup milk. This is so filling and is like eating pumpkin pie. Hope these help fuel your journey.

I used to buy this and baklava from a greek cafe in Brisbane Queensland Australia in the late 70s. The best I've ever tasted.
