Recently I had a Spark customer that had their order delivered to their place of work that messaged me wanting me to deliver it to their home I told them I can't do that, they got salty about it, and then I received a message from Spark saying something about how communications with the customer have been ended
Majority of the time it’s fraud from stolen accounts
If the dude had a Ring doorbell he could have said you dropped the package and then took off with it.
