- At least four people were killed in Houston as powerful storms swept through Texas and along the Gulf Coast. Hurricane-force winds caused widespread damage and left hundreds of thousands without power in the Houston areas. NBC News' Priscilla Thompson reports.

Why would you turn something kind around like that? We don’t understand why everything in the world happens but that doesn’t mean I’m gonna stop caring for people and hoping that their lives don’t improve. I can pray for someone in that regard

Crazy, those trees looked hundred years old judging by the size, and they probably were beneficial for shade but 100 mile per hour winds is just insane power. Shame for the trees and the families affected
