    This past week was braxton’s best game. That being said the stuff bill Murray was doing was extremely impressive. He looks like a quality left guard

    I do like Braxton. He was pretty outspoken this preseason and talked about accountability. He wants to get better. Olin Kruetz helped him 2 years ago on strength of his hands and conditioning. Wish he would have less penalties but with this uptempo that will help reduce those false starts. I hated long counts. You want to explode off the line nor wait around and smell grass for 4 to 6 seconds. Good stuff Swift!!! ⬇️

    I appreciate the job that Jones does and hopefully he continues improving. Competition is the key thing and always adding more talent. I hope we see Jones become a pro-bowler.

    One has wonder, or just me but maybe the players are starting to understand what they have going and I’m not just talking about Caleb. A well oiled machine keeps going and builds up momentum. Let’s go Bears you got this London trip game against the Jag’s. BearDown

    Braxton is a serviceable value pick, but we need to upgrade if we’re going to contend.

    Thank you for the stats and the tape! I've been a bit harsh on Braxton, but this puts things into perspective. I really think Murray is a perfect line mate for Braxton and they can hold that blind side down.

    Braxton is a quality starting left tackle who still has room to grow, its only his 3rd season

    Aye swift when I say I appreciate you, I appreciate you brotha. I’m so glad everyday there’s a couple more vids on the bears. cause to be honest nobody really covers the bears like you do. Your the only source that 1. Doesn’t overreact 2. Pulls up all the facts from all levels 3. Cover certain players a lot of other creators don’t. 4. And in total just feels like I’m on the right channel when watching these vids. Keep it up 💯

    Due to the playing level, part of me believes Darnell and Tevin are playing thru injuries. Maybe moving Tevin back to the right guard position is best for both of them.

    No complaints on Braxtons run blocking, he still has trouble with the bull rush.

    • @niveKOnBass
      @niveKOnBass หลายเดือนก่อน

      The bullrush thing is a big deal, because every DE can bullrush. That's my biggest problem I have with him. He loses a lot. Kiran looks like he can handle the bullrush but we don't really know shit yet with him. He looks like he could be really solid but that's just going off his college tape

  • @ronmoore468
    @ronmoore468 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Braxton was a great 5th round find. However, once he becomes a free agent, he becomes more expensive. I appreciate his hard work, however, I think he is more of a swing tackle and we should upgrade the position

  • @oscarguillen5452
    @oscarguillen5452 หลายเดือนก่อน

    You can’t have a high quality starter on all 22 positions, there’s a NFL spending cap. So to land a starting LT in the 5th round and have him perform at an average level is a W. Have to let him AT LEAST play out his Rookie contract.

  • @Benjamayhem
    @Benjamayhem หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    What about the clip you used in your Bill Murray video, Swift? Murray knocked Braxton's man to the ground and Braxton still managed to let the guy on the ground pressure Caleb. Completely unacceptable effort.

    Braxton is a starting caliber lineman in the NFL. This is not a championship level team. He is serviceable. We need to draft OLine with one of our 2nd round picks.

  • @harrygrapengeter6415

    When you listen to the media everybody says we have to get rid of Braxton Jones. He's just a fifth round pick. And when you listen to the media they say that Darnell Wright is all that because he was the first round pick but when you look at who gives up sacks you will see that Darnell Wright has given up 11 sacks in 2 years to Braxton Jones's two sacks. Do the math people! Who's better

    • @SwiftSportsNetwork

      I still love Darnells upside, but I did think seeing that would provide some context for fans!! Thank you for the comment!

    All plays look good if you only highlight their successful plays. How about picking out some of those occasions when Jones gets driven right back into the pocket. How PFF doesn't seem to consider those pressures is beyond me. If your QB is forced off his spot and is moving all around to avoid getting touched then he's being pressured.

    • @SwiftSportsNetwork
      @SwiftSportsNetwork  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @jjc5407 it's based on timing. If it's longer than a certain amount of seconds, they put it on the qb

    Ion think nobody unfairly gives Braxton criticism. We basically say he's just to Nice. Like there's no DAWG in him YET. After all his career from Peewee thru college and the pros he's the same guy. When will he shed the Patrick Williams Chicago Bulls player attitude? They are not savages
