The snake is pretty easy to deal with when you know how to (it's still pretty scary though), but this dark guy is basically forcing you to always move: if it fully drains all your batteries, you will die. Also I love the sound design of it, it really makes it way more scary

The voice effects for each different type of room (or as in the rig game even underwater), the background visuals for when you read out a note… I had to watch a couple of your videos to realize you actually put that effort in each video and it’s never part of the game as I first suspected. All I can say is god damn. You’re incredible. Also your humor and just your personality seem so great, I absolutely enjoy your videos regardless of the game you play. Made me want to actually open up TH-cam again, because I didn’t enjoy anyone’s videos like I do yours in a while. Keep it up, you’re great!

It's nice! And makes it more visually interesting and engaging, for me anyway!
I'm glad to hear! That's my goal. I know just having the page and being read to can be boring. It is for me when I watch stuff as well haha
Watched at 250x speed. Absolute banger
LMAOOOO😂😂😅😅
2x is the max on youtube tho 🥴
There r tricks to do it @@justin463
Bruh 🤣😂
Tried that at 13:54 he sounds like one of those long disclaimers at the end of a prescription drug commercials. Lol
40:13 I really like the detail about the door being opened the wrong way, just to make it even harder to escape the threats. Very fun
Honestly half of the horror genre nowadays takes it's inspiration from SCP lore, now every game and tv show has anomalies, the SCP genre needs way more attention.
And here I was, thinking I was going to bed after a 12hr nightshift. Well, priorities are these videos that always make my day better lol
I got work in 2 hours
I have school in 1 hour
Oh well, good luck guys
@@Carbix-Jr I'm pretty much done with this semester
Just play it WHILE you sleep so your dreams form to the hell I experienced in this game.
Thanks for watching regardless haha
40:10-down slide: this had me closing, my eyes, shaking and clenching my fist, kicking my feet, making strange noises, and aggressively whirling around in pure panic. I hate getting chased man
Dude, getting chased is the worst thing in the world. Especially if whatever is chasing you intends harm.
But the snake just wanted to hug your throat
his attention to detail is my favourite. The reverb on his voice when he got to the poolrooms, muah
also, the moment he puts the egg timer and the entity still goes for him hahahaha
Gotta love when your mic pics up the game sounds in gamed with mic detection, running from the blind ear monster screaming in your mic so they can track you by hearing themself in your mic.
40:20 that scream right there, that scream made me subscribe instantly with no hesitation
"I'll be real quiet"
Aggressively breaks the window*
40:19 killed me 😂
Bro I’m crying rn “oh dear god oh dear god”😂
This gotta be one of the most interesting back rooms games I’ve seen. I loved all the effects you added while reading the lore of the monsters.
3:20. I’m out in the bay of the fire dept where I work. The buzzing in the video perfectly harmonized with the buzzing from the lights in the bay. Freaky sounding. Gave me chills
23:27 man he took a tiny peek and as soon as crap went down he booked it to the corner, love this video!
having the IT balloon slowly follow you around and explode when it touches you is genuinely great horror design
Jesus when that ear dude was chasing you I was gripping my chair hard, so scary! Brutal death too!
Edit: WHAT THE FUCK AT 40 MINUTES AHHHH
my body was twitching at that moment.. *shudder*
Bro I ain’t ever jumped from any other game you’ve played. This shit… bro… I just can’t. This game freaked me tf out. My heart was racing and my adrenaline was pumping…
I've just gotta say, I LOVE the way you edit your voice to make it feel more immersive. It adds so much to your videos.
I love to think that the backrooms are multiple flawed realities merged into one massive reality, in between dimensions, So huge but incredibly tiny at the same time, Like a black hole, It holds so much inside of it But then again it's extremely tiny, I also like to think that some higher Entity Shoved those realities in that pockethole, because it didn't like them because they weren't perfect.
Thank you for coming to my ted talk
It took seeing Anthomnia almost pass out from fright to realise, sometimes you just need to stop playing and take 5 minutes when you start literally seeing stars and almost passing out
Lol anthomnia that clickbaiter still around?
That earned my sub, the segment from the 40 minute mark had me rolling, that is genuine fear and its great.
40:18 - Your manical scream! 🤣🤣
He HAD your azz! You got lucky with that slide animation 😂
Everyone is talking about the snake thing, but honestly, in my opinion the Darkrooms creature is way more terrifying (Especially at 23:59). The snake is pretty easy to deal with when you know how to (it's still pretty scary though), but this dark guy is basically forcing you to always move: if it fully drains all your batteries, you will die. Also I love the sound design of it, it really makes it way more scary
47:11 "whats my danger level? 14?? * proceeds to walk into the next room and is immediately spotted *
The classrooms was scary enough. The pool rooms just adds to the eerie vibe. Thanks indie for what you do. I’m actually graduating from high school, I’m not that excited about it. Can’t wait to see this one!
Congratulations on graduating! Why aren't you excited, if you don't mind me asking?
@@missdire just bcuz, my school has been a mess for a long time and I’m thankful I’m done bcuz it’s been a tiring 4 yrs of high school. Basically it’s a long story but yeah. I have to graduate twice, once tomorrow and then at the end of the month (the last one is for being with the school for 10 yrs, yeah).
That does sound like an total mess, but it could be sooo much worse! It'll be done soon.
44:51 ish
I never noticed it before, but entity 708 slithers past on the right as he's reading about it!
These kinds of liminal spaces are the #1 thing I have nightmares about. The area is familiar, like my school or apartment, and yet I’m completely lost. And no matter how much I explore I just get more lost.
43:20 - The silent "stfu" in reply to the entity killed me
45:55 THE WAY IT JUST APPEARED A SECOND AFTER HE TURNS THE FLASHLIGHT BACK ON 😭 It’s so goddamn terrifying dude
6:17 Very manly scream
15:25 I wouldve screamed HEY WHERE U COME AROUND
26:24 The PoolRooms
I appreciate everything IGP does to make his videos more immersive: echo effects when appropriate, the genuine horror when something scary happens, even his camera movement and usage of the systems placed in game. It comes across as very genuine, and that helps the immersion and, for me, enjoyment.
Been waiting for him to play this, love the vibe this game brings, and watching IGP play horror always feels cozy
41:12 First ever recorded instance of a Perfectly timed _"oh no"_
I found your channel recently and have been binging your videos. I just wanted to say, and I'm sure you get this alot, the way you add effects to your voice to match the reverb of your surroundings is an attention to detail that really adds to the immersion. Keep up the great content
39:19
"Ohh noo I fell.. Aayyee feeeellll"
IGP's last words😂😂
That chase in the library was stressful AF and I wasn't even playing the game. 😨😰😭😱😱
51:04 LMAO She made his azz harmonize for his life😂😂😂
I think you’re the only TH-camr that is able to make an hour long video feel enjoyable to sit through. I usually don’t watch really long videos, but I really liked watching this. Just subbed
The repeated "I fell" was the most dramatic and funny set of emotions I've heard in awhile. Many repeated watches later, I can hear how each "I fell" meant something different lol.
What would be a cool idea is an entity that you can only see in mirrors and reflections and such that could make you hallucinate or take control of your own reflection to control your body
Your videos are helping me not feel alone a lot these days. Thank you for all you put out.
honestly his videos do the same thing for me
They're a very nice distraction.
❤❤❤
"I've been doing this for 11 years playing these stupid ass fucking horror games I'm gonna have a FUCKING....."
*Sees monster*
"God that is so sexy."
BRO WAS HAVING A MELTDOWN A LITERAL SECOND AGO 😂 40:34
@IGP94. bro what
6:15 bro genuinely screamed so hard
Literally had to pause the video right now to finally comment this: Idk if you edit yourself or if you have an editor, regardless, I‘ve never seen such great editing.
"I can do horror."
Then I have to skip ahead anytime something relatively scary happens because I get anxious.
Dude. That chase in the Library was INSANE.
41:50 she hit wit that, “no Chick-fil-A sauce😳” 😂
The reveal of two chasing entities in the Poolrooms was intense.
The long-distance, extremely well-lit sighting of the lanky one doin' its thing right afterwards was hilarious.
Dude I've never been one for gaming streamers, but my hats off to you brother, you're an absolute riot. Watched hours worth at this point. Speaking as someone who has been wholly ambivalent to the streaming world since it's inception, you've managed to acquire an unexpected albeit earnest fan.
That glass break part in the beginning was funny as fuck.
Am I the only one who immediately started humming Stone Cold Steve Austin's entrance theme when IGP broke the glass @ 2:14?
Also, the snake creature looks like something out of a Junji Ito manga.
Nope
In fact I paused the video, grabbed my mp3 and played Stone Cold's theme for 45 minutes
1:04 I got an amber alert right as this part played and it freaked me the hell out
Immersion
IGP I have to give you credit. My heart would have already exploded during this game. Mad props to you man. Thank you for what you do and the joy you bring
That snake bit nearly grabbing you as you were going down the slide got me good, i haven't clenched that hard since i played demonologist.
