DT is the next trade prospect. I don’t think he’s got the mentality that Mike expects and demands. His standards are pretty high. I hope Holani & McIntosh make the 53. Brady Russell and Shenault too. Connor Williams and Mike Barrett are great new adds. Fingers crossed for Chef Abe that he will be back serving pancakes 🥞 😂 FYI Matty & Griff did draft study on Junior Colson but ended up talking up Barrett.

I would have said we would probably keep Holani and cut D.J. James, but the MJ trade makes that a bit more difficult

A little suprised that you've got D J James above Artie, D Williams, and Carlton Johnson.
Absolutely. Those guys are easy PS candidates. James would get claimed.
Carlton Johnson is small school and tiny weight/size. I think he is a safe PS candidate. D Williams is pushing for a roster spot, but how he makes it is harder. Artie Burns is important and I think will make the team.
We gotta keep McIntosh and Holani the Rb’s go down. I’m glad we finally traded Taylor. He was a liability in run defense and there would be games without a sack, or even pressure. I’m hoping they trade Eskridge and get something for him. He’s bn a non factor his whole time here. Russell an and Shevalt in! Big upgrade.

I’m not ready to give Sheriff a 53 spot based on one preseason game without starters. Also not going to give up on James so soon. I do think they likely end up finding a way to keep Holani AND McIntosh
Loved Young in college. Reminded me of Deebo, was hoping we'd draft him. Surprised he lasted as long as he did.
I think Darrell Taylor isn't a trade candidate. Other teams know we can release him without any salary cap implications. I do think there is a good chance Darrell Taylor is gone if his run defense and awareness haven't improved.
@@GlassActivistif we can't trade him there's no point to cutting him. He may suck on all three downs but he's still the best pass rusher ( by numbers) and you need pass rushers. He can walk during free agency.
That's funny!, coaching staff is high on Winston, but....when it comes to actually wanting him on the team they really aren't high on him, this game is so political!, he is worth more to the team due to his versatility!, if he was Youngs size and body type, he's for sure on the 53 lol!
Will we trade for a right tackle?
They better find in the next line of cuts in the NFL, a left tackle to back up Abe. I'm sure there's a team rich in tackles that will trade for a 7th rather then cut him.
