5 Rams That NEED to take a step forward this season vs. 5 Rams who will likely regress

- Ahead of our 53-man roster projection next week, we’re looking into 5 players that absolutely need to take a step forward in their progression/development in the 2024-2025 season for a) the Rams to have success and b) to find themselves sticking on the roster for the foreseeable future. We also dug into 5 players who we feel are most likely to take a step back, based on a number of factors: new faces in the building, previous performance, injury history, contract situation, etc.

I’m still not out on tutu I know they should have picked Humphrey over him but that happens many teams always over look centers that’s why they fall but I just love his big play ability and he should get half the snaps with Demarcus Robinson
if the offensive line holds up this year, Tutu will have the time to take the top off defensive secondaries and stretch coverages vertically.
I have to assume there’s a reason he’s fallen out of favor bc I see a fast guy with good hands there have been plenty of smaller wrs that had great careers. I must be missing something.
We need to bring back that old school blue helmet as an alt and repair w that jersey as an alt. Also the 70’s whites as well a throwback.
Hell yeah - why not? Hopefully in 2025

Regarding tight ends: Davis Allen looked good when he played and I hope he steps up. Is Brycen Hopkins still a Ram? He had some great moments in LVI

I don’t think Higbee ever played in ST.Louis.
His rookie season was the Rams first season back in LA.

That’s correct. 2016 - Rams’ first year back. Higbee was with Goff in that 2016 draft. 2017, McVay took over. Just felt like 2017 was their first actual year back in LA. And agree on the helmets, but don’t think that’s going to change unfortunately unless they release a true throwback uniform

the horns on the current helmets have grown on me . . . they're not too curly; more crescent, and that's now mo' betta' . . .
the away white uniforms from rhe 70s/80s remain the *best* . . . glad they wore their whites for the SB win over the Bengals . . .

Bring back Akehllo that’s my chant. Also I think Davis Allen can make a huge impact if Mcvay gives him a chance. Just needs to work on blocking, and if that’s the hold back remember Puka is not great at blocking second chant play Davis Allen

Great pod boys. Allen should strong hands and impressive athleticism last year. I could easily see him taking that next step. Unfortunately, that doesn't bode well for my ever increasing buyers remorse regarding the Tyler Higbee jersey hanging in my closet rn.

I love Higgs but I feel he's done. This year is a perfect year for McVay to utilize TEs more since our OL is stacked now. Davis Allen has shown promise and he and Parkinson can clean up with a TE scheme, RB passes out of the backfield and the 3 or 4 great receivers.

We don’t. There’s no benefit for us to do that. TH-cam actually compensates us for our work and after doing this for 8 years, we decided to switch over to TH-cam so that we could actually get compensated for the work we do

Every player at least on The RAMS that wears the #1 has a disastrous season! It started with Allen Robertson what a joke of an effort and season he had!! Then it went to Derrien Kendrick he was terrible last season and I am sure he will suck this season too! Wake UP DK and throw that #1 jersey in the trash!
I think DK can be a great player. Just a lil aggressive. If he wins the star role it may work out for him but yeast may have something to say about that.
Don’t think he’s smart enough or big enough to win that role over guys like Yeast, Lake, Durant, Curl
