Hello if it doesn’t communicate with the vehicle it could be problems with the vehicle ECU , try on a different vehicle and see if it works, if the snooper lights up and flashes it means it’s working

This diagnostics is no better than the one for 10 Dollars! You can only see and delete some errors and adaptations and calibrations are impossible to do and we have tried on several cars with two of the same diagnostics! DIAGNOSTIC IS DISASTER AND MONEY WASTE!!!!!
Yes it can seem like that for some makes and for others it does everything perfectly, I agree it’s not the best but my purpose was just to demonstrate the functionality of a diagnostic software which will be similar with all the softwares out there, so if you can navigate around one then the others shouldn’t be too difficult to work with

@@galactical23 just tried it it’s on snooper + BT it does show that I connected my device but doesn’t read anything

Yes there is a Wi-Fi option for updates if you get an original version not a clone

@@sfh2050 no sorry I meant the software itself , the obd2 connector can be Wi-Fi as the one I used was a blue tooth one , a snooper
