I’m a trauma nurse. I have so many stories. I had a patient that had passed away from being stabbed by his girlfriend. When I got off I got in my car and when I looked in the back seat he was sitting there. I told him as calmly as I could he wasn’t welcomed to come with me and he has to move on somewhere else. He looked out the window and vanished. I have so many stories lol

I had a cat which unfortunately passed away. He was always coming to me for food or just to hang out with me or cuddle me, especially when I was sad or sick. A week after his passing I cried myself to sleep and in my dream I saw him. He meowed at me and nuzzled up against my leg, but from then on the dream was a complete blur. I still cry thinking about it but it was the sweetest thing ever
He visited you in your dream to tell you he’s ok and he’s in a better place.

When my cat passed away, I think I was visited by her. I was napping on the bed and felt the distinct feeling of a cat jumping up on to the bed with me near my feet. I said "I love you" and that was that.
So sorry for the loss of your beloved kitty. Many years ago we had 2 cats, but my white one died. To say I was crushed was an understatement. Anyway, I had a dream of him in a field & thought how nice that he was in a peaceful place. Not sure how long had passed & I was walking our dog on the dike near our home that surrounded a field & we got to the end & there was a white cat following us, but not too closely. I thought " huh, never seen that kitty here before" I got home and it dawned on me about my dream.we never saw him there again, but believe this was his way of saying he was ok. People always dump their cats where I live, and I grew up seeing a ton of cat ghosts. I always want to ball when I do cause I'll miss them.
The dog one made me bawl. My childhood dog would greet me at our gate for months after he died. Like he did when he was alive.
Scott's story reminds me of when I was around 14.
Our family had a cat who we all loved but I was the one she was most fond since I took most care of her. Gave her food, let her in/out and always petted her. Hell she even came to me when she needed help with her kittens and wouldn't mind me being close to them when they were still young and vulnerable.
One day she didn't return and we found that she was unfortunately struck by a car. That same night I woke to hearing a faint meow from somewhere. When I opened my eyes I couldn't see anyone anywhere but.. just then I felt something (not someone) jump to the bed next to my pillow and felt a gentle warm push on the side of my head. I guess our cat came by to say her last goodbyes before going away forever.. damn I miss that little furball so much
My dog, Bo died in 2018. We keep his ashes in a little box in the house. The dog we still have that is now 16, always barks and plays with something we can't see. The joy on her face is something we have never seen before. My family thinks that Bo is playing with his best friend 'til the end, Lily.
I guess that would be best friend 'til the end.. and beyond!💗

I was dead for 6 minutes in the, I.C.U, at a hospital in Australia, and after about 2 days of being pretty much out of it I remembered something very like the dark shape entity in the hospital clip, only it was very very active and I still think about it often. Since then I’m not keen on dying at all, if what I seen is waiting for me.

Yes bizarre bub always finds the most solid evidence. I got sick of channels like chills because they keep doing the most obviously fake stuff and repeating videos, as for chills there’s a few more things that I don’t like about his videos, I can’t remember at the moment as I haven’t seen his vids in a while. He seems like an alright guy and I like his voice cause it’s unique, I don’t like his format is all. TS 13:01 the little girl tells her mommy that she is scared because there's a monster in the window. Instead of comforting her and letting her sleep with her she tells her there's no monster and leaves the curtains open. Even if there isn't anything in the window leaving the curtains open will only make the little girl stare at it which will only make night visions look real. CLOSE THE BLINDS/CURTAINS. Maybe there a peeping tom outside her window ?

Yeah that is crazy to me. I would automatically think it was a perverted weirdo and I would not leave my child to sleep alone in that room. I would be curious though. I relate. I had my last two cats die under my house and had their spirits appear to me several times inside and out. I even felt one of them brush against my leg under the table. I believe animals have souls and the cat goddess Bast is real. Right before my cat died I dreamed I saw her standing over a river of cat souls flowing under her.

Number 18 made my heart wrench, I lost a cat that died at the age of 3 due to kidney complications and was found too late, but from time to time I'll be laying around with my other two cats, and I'll feel movement behind me on a bed, couch, etc and check to see nothing there, but felt it as if a cat is moving behind me. Pets making themself known to you even beyond death makes my heart wrench man
That's really sad to hear. I know how it's like to lose a young in a young age. My first pet cat, Loki, died when he was only 9 months. Fucking 9 months. It hurts me whenever i think of his age because it's such a shame he died at such a young age. And i blame myself for his death.

I rewatched the no. 12 video over and over again. And it is always a teary one for me. That dog waited for her to come hours after he passed away. And seeing his form faded like a puff of smoke and left no trace is heart wrenching. All animals can experience and express love and I do hope there is a life after this.

That's because it isn't dead. Only living animals eyes glow. U can also see the person riding the bike looking directly at the dog. The thing is that the quality of the video is really bad and grainy. Sometimes with low quality video recordings it will make a completely living human being or animal look translucent like a ghost. There are tons of examples of this online. I'm guessing they saw the footage and thought it looked spooky and just took advantage of it. That was definitely a living dog. It is actually really clear when u see the entire body of the dog in front of the bike, legs and all.

I used to live with some friends and they had a husky that passed away while living with them, i loved that dog and I knew him almost as long as they did. After he passed away I saw something that looked like him walking me down the stairs. I am generally pretty sarcastic so I didn’t want to tell them what I saw but when we were talking I told them what I saw and it broke me, it’s the only time I’ve ever cried for a someone(person or animal) that passed away. #12 and #18 make me think. Do pets know when they are dead? Like, if they are still stuck on earth after they pass, and they see their owner or their house or whatever, do they not register that they can phase through walls or are not noticed by their owners? That has to be one of the worst things imaginable. We might have it rough when our pets pass away, hell, I grieved hard when my dog died in 2019, but my dog was probably even more sad when he ran up to me and realized: I can't see him anymore.

I have a bit of a long story to tell on the subject. My first cat, I'd had since he was born (Knew and fed the stray momma that had him, when I was a kid) for 18 years. Had to put him down because kidney failure was sapping the joy from his life (He was diagnosed ~2 years before hitting that point, and seemed to enjoy life until then). Me and this cat were as bonded as bonded could be: Every single dream I had about him before he died, I'd always go back and get him, no matter the absurdity/dangerous situation. Not once did it ever occur to my subconscious to leave him behind.
So, after he died, I was... well, putting it mildly, I couldn't even say his name without crying. It's a different level of pain. I would have dreams about him where I was searching for him and couldn't find him. I'd call for him, I'd look for him, and on the rare occurrence that I did find him, I'd hold onto him until the dream ended. Months passed like this until I decided I needed a new cat, but this time, I would get 2, so they'd never be lonely. About a month before I actually went and adopted my current cats, all dreams about my past cat ceased.
I hadn't planned to get my new cats when I had. I just got the incredible sensation that I needed to check kitten listings online right then. Like feeling you're going to miss the last train for the evening. So I went to Craigslist, and responded to a bunch of kitten listings. The first one that got back to me had a couple of kittens up for adoption, so after assuring them that I could provide a good home, off I went to pick them up. It turned out to be a far lengthier drive than expected, and a very stressful journey, but after arriving and having them put in the carrier (Cushioned with lots of soft fabric for the babies of course), I had an overwhelming sense of relief. I hadn't "missed the train", so to say.
After getting home with them, letting them settle in and nap for a bit, I decided to sit on my bed and play some video games. I was intentionally putting myself in a position to be accessible if the kittens got curious, but I wasn't going to force them to interact with me.
Well, one of the kittens wakes up from their nap and comes over to peer curiously at me. I pause my game, smile at him, and say the typical hellos and "aren't you adorable"s. He comes a little closer, staring intently at my face. Then he suddenly seems to perk up, starts purring the LOUDEST purr I've ever heard in my life, and immediately climbs me to get to the nook between my shoulder and head to purr enthusiastically into my ear. I really wasn't expecting it so of course I laughed and let him hang out there, where he fell asleep after a bit.
It was as if my former buddy had heard my anguished wailing, knew I wouldn't last long without him, and decided to return as that kitten. After that point, I could talk about my former cat like it was no big deal. It felt like he'd come back. That kitten and his brother behave EXACTLY like my past cat and his brother. From the way they meow to the way they hold their tails, to their interactions with each other, and specific little quirks that the previous cats had. Never had another dream about searching for my boy again, either.
He's been back home for about 4 years now. Life feels livable again. :)
I think in order to come back, he must've known he was dead.
In my belief pets know when their time has come, they are our protectors throughout all our lives after they leave. It's a comforting thought too.

Man these vids be so traumatizing and it’s like a rabbit hole. You watch the fake and not so scary vids first and as you watch more and more vids they slowly get scarier and more traumatizing until it gets to the point that you can’t sleep properly for nights lol. Last month I went like 3 weeks with a horrible sleep schedule thanks to the rabbit hole I went through.
Don’t yall ever just want to watch these alone but once you do, you get traumatized and can’t sleep?

That dog coming out to greet the owner made me tear up. I wonder if he was waiting, or just didn't realize he had passed away and was greeting her as normal only to realize she couldn't see him. That's what made me sad. Him excited to say hi and not knowing why she's "ignoring" him.

Even if people don’t believe in the supernatural, they can just admit that hearing something in your house when you’re home alone is downright terrifying. It doesn’t even have to be ghosts. It could just be something natural but it’s still the creepiest shit ever.

We had our house gutted and renovated last winter Moved back in, this past spring, and one a.m. I heard a slam like a 2 x4 fell over in the basement and hit the cement floor. Even my cat got up and ran to the basement door. No lumber was left down there. About two weeks later my husband was up earlier than I was, and he heard the same sound, but thought it came from the garage area, where there is also a concrete floor. We could only conclude it was residual sound.
We do believe in the supernatural. Had experiences in the old farmhouse where I grew up. My husband was there (boyfriend then) and we heard steps going down the upstairs hallway then the stairs creaked. Looked across the kitchen, where the steps came into and nothing! We really thought one of my younger brothers was at home and playing a joke on us. Not too long after my parents came home with all of my brothers in the car with them.
Things got worse after I got married and moved out. My mom would wake up to a dark figure looming over the bed. At that point she could not, did not sleep, many nights. They built a new house and sold the farm a year and a half after I got married. The guy who purchased the property turned the house into two rental units. Tennent's would move in and move back out inside of six months. The one guy stayed two weeks, left some of his things there! The house was torn down in 2012 and the barn about two years later. The owner then sold the property to a guy who wanted it for a private hunting area. Lot of weird things happened there, beyond those footsteps in the hallway. I never knew it, but my one brother had a lot of experiences. Never talked about it until years later, calling the house a hole direct to hell.
The dog and cat videos really validate my respect for pets.

I have been tempted to visit the house I lived in 5 years ago with the intention of asking the new renters or owners if they ever felt like the house is haunted. The reason is... because even though I am alive and no longer live there, I have constant dreams of visiting that home; it makes me wonder if, in the real world, I have been haunting it. I've always wondered if hauntings are by those who live and not those who have passed.

@UpsideBlastoise It has always stood out to me that in many films, when a character entered a home with a horrific past, they always say something along the lines of... "I can feel that something terrible happened here," which indicates that homes absorb the essence of the inhabitants, especially when the emotions expressed by the inhabitants are strong. In films, we also see a ghost whisperer help the ghost go into the light and move on, is it also possible that if the individual in real life overcomes and moves on from their trauma, will the energy signature that anchored the individual to travel back to the home every night in their sleep be released allowing the home to be cleansed of any potential hauntings. It's definitely an outside the box level of thinking, but an interesting thought nonetheless.

I was living in a huge house that was changed to two apartments, I lived on the top floor. I had a ghost dog, a yellow Lab, I would hear his toenails clicking on the tile in the kitchen and bathroom but I didn't see him for a long time. He would play with my cats, chasing them all over the place but never in a mean way. It was one night when they were all running all over the apartment when my mom and I finally saw the back half of his body and his tail, which brushed against my legs as he went past me. It was super cool but I never saw him again. When I moved, he was the only thing I regretted leaving behind.

Oh my god thats so sweet. I have a yellow lab that going to be turning 12 years old on april 6th. I've had him since i was in kindergarten, his name is Brick full name "D'Brickashaw" after the football payer (my dad chose the name lol). I don't even remember not having him in my life and I'm honeslty scared to lose him but stories like this make me think that he might never actually leave, even when he's not alive. This story is so sweet, you didn't leave him behind I'm sure he still loves you and is with you. Sometimes we have to move, you shouldn't feel bad.

My sister is a nurse, she worked in Glasgow Royal Infirmary for years, which is over 200 years old. It was totally normal for her to see apparitions walking the wards at night, in one ward she worked on, there was a ghost that would walk in and out of all the rooms every single night, she followed it quite a few times.
I also used to work there, I was fired for medical malpractice

Like many other commenters, i am touched by the dog and the cat videos here. I will never forget a story my mom told me . She had a cat when we were little, his name was peepers. He had gotten hit and passed away. She was laying in bed one night crying when she heard her door get pushed open, heard little toe beans pad across the floor. She felt peepers jump up onto the bed and curl up at her feet. When she looked, there was even a cat shaped spot in the sheets.
I always believed that peepers came back for one last night with her.

@@Sassycat-re9jhI had a dog that I adopted from the humane society (based on that I would know when I saw his/her eyes and a worker told us that he had been standing at the gate looking towards the door since we had left the day before, which he hadn't ever see till we took him out to meet him and let him meet the kids and see how he acted, how he took treats, etc) had a huge bond with. I cried for a week straight after he died.
When he passed, I kept hearing his bark/yip even I would get home. My husband would tell me he would know that I would be home soon bc the dog would get up, pacing, doing his bark/yip about 8 minutes before I would pull into the drive.
My husband though I was crazy till one time we were all returning home. He carried one of the sleeping kids in. He said he believed me bc he has heard just heard him when he was walking up to the house.,
After awhile, I had a dream about him where he looked like he did before he got sick and lost weight and hair. He was running around, feeling good till he looked back at me like he was saying goodbye for now and ran off. I never heard him again after that.
Same thing happened to me when my cat died.
I was on the top bunk and felt him jump up on my feet and looked and saw him, it all went by in less than a second.
He's never been able to jump on my bunk bed, he's always been too fat xD I was so surprised
I won't ever forget when I was working at a house one day (hvac tech) I was in a creepy half basement. It was dark and just felt off it's hard to explain but my neck hair was standing most the time. I was just finishing up the job and went to talk to the customer about what I had fixed. As I was talking to her, her dvd that was roughly 6 feet away from me flew off the shelf and landed at my feet. I looked at her waiting for her to freak out like I did and she just laughed. She bluntly told me "It's fine that happens all the time I have a visitor here." I told the office about it and they all thought I was full of it. What I would of gave to catch that on tape is just unexplainable to most without having an open mind to supernatural occurances.
