Dunno if it’s a secret event, but in Pokémon Gale of Darkness you can fight with a Bonsly after completing the bingo game in Realgem Tower. The Bonsly is uncatchable and if you aquire it with cheats, doesn’t have the ability to evolve yet.
nothing major, but in xy, you also have a diancie event just without the diancite. if you show hoopa to an npc it give you extra lore about hoopa. same for volcanion in both xy and oras.
A lot of your information on the gen 5 events are wrong, they have to be a specific legendary beast, more importantly the shiny ones from another event. Same with the celebi and zororak one where you have to use one from the celebi event in HGSS.
The time travel event with celebi in the gen 2 remakes that has been confirmed by nintendo to be not involved with the gen 4 games I tried it and it was awesome
I always felt like they took the Oak fight out of the official game just cause it sent a bad message that your teacher wanted to fight you, since the Pokemon games were marketed to and played by preteens and kids back then. Pokemon is 'cool' nowadays but, 1st and 2nd generation, none of the 'cool kids' or popular kids or whatever beyond middle school played it, liked it, or talked about it. It was a lil kid game back then, and that's also how it was marketed. So having your professor and mentor turn around and fight you as the ending to the game just wouldn't look good.

About the begging of the video: actually, pokemon used the idea to battle your region's professor, at least in Pokemon XY (I haven't played gen 4 and 5)
In the beta of gold and silver they had the idea of battle an imposter of professor oak, but they dismissed it, at the end, at least we still could get the pokemon card of the character, seems like they wanted to do the "battle your professor challenge" it for a very long time

Arceus was skipped as Azure Flute was never officially release in Gen 4. Mew also was not catchable in Gen 1 and was only able to be obtained through events.

The Gen 1 fight against Professor Oak isn't a secret, it's *unused* and only accessible via glitching or cheating, thus disqualifying it from being a secret. Game secrets are things that are intended to be found, but intentionally made hard to find.

The Giovanni theory is kinda hard to believe since death isn't really a thing in the series besides some things in the anime and Pokedex entries... Most of the INSINUATIONS of death is present in Kanto, Jotho, Alola and, of course, Legend ARKOOS.. Maybe Pokemon Y with YAVELTAL lore thing, but with Xerneas influence in the lore it backfire but since Y do not have Xerneas, it is implied that Death is a real thing there. Anyway... Maybe they thought that Death was too much even for an event only thing, so they made the Ultra Wormholes that may have transported Giovanni and others to Unova WWT and other characters in other entries... (sad face for Ingo in Legend ARKOOS)
I mean the death itsself exist in Pokemon, the graveyards, the ghost people in every game, hell even abuse exists (B/W and Sun/Moon) its just portrait as kid friendly with all the colorfull happy sprites, without gore and such.
Death and killing are mentioned and shown all over the place in the series. Sexual intercourse is strongly implied by the mechanics. Interspecies relations between humans and Pokémon are also implied. Abuse is mentioned. Pokémon Centers can't heal every affliction. Pokémon need to routinely eat and sleep, seek shelter, remove waste, fuck to breed, kill to survive and eventually die just like humans/animals. These themes are just tucked away and mostly hinted at because the whole thing has to be overtly kid-friendly, but Pokémon has always been gritty and real on some level if you pay attention. That's held true since Gen 1.

Pretty sure you missed arceus stuff. And mew was catchable in generation 1 without a game shark.
