All of the Insomniac games of Spider-Man started with a boss. And apparently, bigger ones too. First, with Kingpin, then with Rhino, and now with Sandman
I think they meant how the game doesn’t activate the slow motion when you press the swing button for the first time in Spider-Man (when they start playing Warbly Jets “Alive”) and Miles Morales (When he suits up to meet Peter for the prison transfer)
Kinda wondering if Peter pulled the "I went to my car and am currently being attacked by sand people" card if that wouldve helped. Plus, its half true!
3:38 Insomniac missed a HUGE opportunity for something here. If Pete hadn't had that V-neck on, that would have been PERFECT for a shirt-rip to reveal the suit. Such a wasted opportunity, but still really good!

Talk about the perfect opening to a game 🥹 both spider men swinging through the city at breakneck speed, and with an incredible song that encapsulates exactly who Peter & Miles are. Stan Lee would’ve been proud 🥹🥹
I still feel like this new Peter model isn't as good as the original one. He looks younger than Miles, doesn't seem to be able to emote as much as the original(that is more on the animators ans maybe not the model/person). To me, the original was spot on Peter Parker.

I really think this is the best version of Sandman I've seen. Takes into account the actual destructive power of a sandstorm including how much electricity it generates, keeps the generally tragic and sympathetic angle to him that helps set him apart from a lot of Spideys villains, and they made him not white to better reflect the demographics in actual NY. Plus his big sandy form is super intimidating

You take over on the left side of the building but the cutscene shows us going from the front side. Either way theres no subway insight for us to go under lol

He has no experience with villains like sandman. Especially since this fight was going to spread wide throughout the city where more people will be in danger

I mean considering how things go during the fight, Miles did need the help also is implied that Kraven buffed Sandman to make their fight harder (just like he later does with the Lizard)

I can't even get past the part where he's chasing you and I'm about to write this game off already before even beating the first mission, waste of 75 bucks if the game is this hard... games should be fun and relaxing, not make you wish death upon the programmers and their families lol
