MS also takes a long time to build. It's probably not a bad idea, but in the heat of the moment, it's not easy to decide what's the best course of action.

Funny thing is when carrier got graviton catapult. They went down to 2 armor instead of 4. Then later on they removed graviton catapult. But still have 2 armor.
lol in pvt is rarely used but still is, in lategame is the best options, its the strongest unit in the game, pro players mostly doesn;t want to go to lategame, they want to hit critical quickly and win from surprise, cause they play milion games a day so they fed up of struggling in the lategame. Another thing is that transfer to carrier is very hard because you need follow the upgrades

Because it's slower then an arbiter from Brood war and way more expensive, so if it gets caught you lose a lot of cash.

Unless you transition out of low tech units, you lose. I'm glad SC2 is pushing that since terrans are less reliant on the M strat as of late.
