Yes absolutely take time off. I would say 3 weeks at least. You may just need rest and to recover. Then when you come back try some new exercises to change things up. I myself don’t take any supplements. I do protein shakes but that’s about it. I tried creatine when I was younger but it started making my hair fall out so I quit.
