Andreia Fonseca is what is called in the Brazilian Carnival terminology "destaque de chão" ( floor highlight ) from Sao Clemente Samba at this parade. You will probably ask where is her costume. The answer is that this is only the final rehearsal for the real Parade, which generally takes place 3 weeks after the technical rehearsals. Another interesting aspect which many ask us, concerns the number of Divas. Each samba school has the right to decide how many they will place on the official parade. Genrerally, it varies from 3 up to 12. Hope you learned a bit more about the carnival culture.

Yes she is big and blond and she can dance, that why she is at the Sambadrome!

People calling my friend names, and saying weird things, just because she is not a "tooth-pick model". Here in Brazil, men LIKE built women, proud of themselves, who go to the gym regularly.
