As a life long ravens fan, it was an honor watching Ed play, he literally made our defense feel like an offense and single handedly won us so many games by himself, every week he would make unbelievable plays whether on defense or even on special teams with punt blocks, recoveries and touchdowns, he is the Goat of safeties.
Ive been a Ravens fan my whole lief and Ed Reed is my favorite player, but i never even noticed the impact Reed had on those last few plays of the superbowl. This is a perfect video for Reed superfans to geek out on. I didnt think i could appreciate him more but somehow you did it. thanks
Ed Reed has gotta be the greatest safety ever, he had a supernatural sense of where the ball was gonna go and 99 out of 100 times he would put himself in near perfect position to neutralize the offense or just blow the whole play up with one of his many interceptions.
4:38 i would even go as far as to say that was the bait…Ed was a QB before a safety so he knows where the eyes of the QB are gonna be so he jus baited him into throwing either the route he’s covering or the route he can run to…it’s all mind games man, I LOVE IT
Incredible play, blows up the pulling guard and the running back.... Incredible play for lost yardage.... wide open wr, Ed Reed closes from 20 yds away for the interception WOW
Bernard pollard had broken ribs and i think somethin else lol for the who playoffs in 2012 playing with ed reed must of motivated em but pollard was a beast
Ed is the actual greatest football player of all time -Im 25 so take that as you choose but besides quarterbacks hes the best ball player my eyes had the opportunity to see, or Charles woodson

I’m a Cowboys fan I watched Baltimore games because of Ed Reed I traded him to the Cowboys on Madden every time lol
Ed is the best yes sir
Don’t you ever Forget Sean Taylor!! We lost him to soon to ever know but he was a different monster
Overrated though. No where near the best.
He was great strong safty until he got hurt in his neck/shoulders
Then he played free safety and dominated some more lol
Great video but u 4got his returns on special teams nd punt blocking ability.. fumble returns too
at 6:40 this was true not a myth, Peyton Manning talked about this before
Where did you get the all 22 angle from
It's on NFL gamepass, same place I get it for all of my videos. However it only goes back to 2011.
@@jacksonkruegersports7888 oh thanks

Bernard pollard had broken ribs and i think somethin else lol for the who playoffs in 2012 playing with ed reed must of motivated em but pollard was a beast
Troy Polamalu he's one of the best ALSO in a first ballot Hall of Famer
I guess this guy never heard of Kenny Easley or Ronnie Lott
Lott is the best I saw. Reed would be next though.

Water covers 2/3rds of the Earth's surface. Ed Reed covers the rest.
Reed>>Polamalu Troy didn't know instant transmission it isn't even a contest.
You cant tell he played QB
Hawkin s 20 phil just as good
Ed Reed did nothing against the Steelers compared to what Troy did to the Ravens.
Belichick and Brady sat watching reed in his office.
