Dr my pain is in the side of the back (I seen your other video on that one too) I can move my arm up to the top, but I do have pain in it on a 1 to 10 its a 4 and sometimes a 6. if it is a tear (minor one) can it heal with out surgery? and could it have pain from other things other then a tear?
