Young Green Pigeon at the birdbath (HD)

The Green Pigeon nest in a treefork that offers an adequate vantage point of their surroundings. The nest is a weak platform of sticks, collected by the male and arrange by the female. Breading mostly in summer. 1-2 eggs are laid and hatch in 13=14 days. Chicks leave the nest at 12 days.
