Sax-Zim Winter Birding Road Trip

The Sax-Zim Bog in Northern Minnesota is great for birding, even in winter. We visited the area for 9 days in February, looking for Great Gray Owl, Northern Hawk Owl, Pine Grosbeak, Porcupine and other Northern Specialties. Our trip was beyond good, we even got more than we had hoped for!
