GNR(I) locomotive No. 131

Curator Edward Friel presents a look at the history of our class Qs locomotive No. 131, from 1901 to the present day.
No. 131 is currently operational and will soon be making its debut pulling our public main line trips.

Yes! We like to get around as much of the 5'3" network as possible, especially with our annual May railtours which go to different destinations each year. 131 will play a big part in those, and our other main line trips all year round!
