I’m a hobbiest wood worker for over 20 years. I think your slide show is almost the best on TH-cam. Such a nice design and your craftsmanship is right on too. I hope you get many years of fun out of it. Thanks for sharing . Gary
What an absolute gem of a build, meticulously precise attention to detail and outstanding craftsmanship throughout! I particularly like the beadboard effect in the timber, it looks absolutely gorgeous. The hull and bow design gives the very best of both worlds, that seating area really is phenomenal. A lovely design, beautifully constructed, and your photos show the pleasure of family and friends afloat. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous creation, subscribed.
Impressive workmanship! My husband and I are in the process of building a wooden house boat. We just framed the cabin. Hope ours turns out as well as yours!
Ok but what’s the powerplant? And why no finished pics of the interior? That’s a nice little boat, I’d build one to go back and forth between long beach and catalina
Mike......Just noticed your comment. Sorry not much finished interior on this video. I had very limited pics. I put a Yamaha 40hp on it. It will take up to 150 outboard or can use an inboard. You get a lot of boat from this design and would work great to do what you want to do. There's another video of the Glen-L Gypsy on TH-cam and they used it in the Florida Keys and said it would take rough water. So far I have used it just in fresh water. Look at some of my other videos and you can get an idea of the interior.
@@tamarackjourneys832 this is a great looking little boat, i would build a bimini cover for the front with a wrap around bug screen to sleep up front in the warmer nights. I bet she moves comfortably with the 40hp too. I really want one now haha
The comment above IS A SCAM - Google "Woodglut SCAM" - it's the same plans offered by the Notorious "Ted's Woodworking " and "Wood Prix" - what gave it away was when I went to the site and it offered - wait for it - 16,000 free plans for just $67.00 - sound familiar? They steal other free plans and plans offered for sale by publications.

👏👏👏
Nicely done! I'm surprised that you didn't use fiberglass.
I did. It's fiberglassed over marine plywood. Very strong! Thank you for your comment!
Where can I get the blueprints
Where did you get plans

I will make a video of a tour through the interior and layout of the boat
In my first work I always used Woodglut plans.
