    I traveled solo and stayed at the same property in May and June of this year. Any issues were dealt with as the host was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this place!

    Good vlog but you didn’t clarify the rental price for that area. It would be useful to know rental prices, other taxes and utility prices. Thanks

    • @AuraHaya

      Rental prices in Emaar are usually from 1.5 lakh to 2.5 lakh. Utility prices are dependant on a number of factors but without solar you can expect in the winter to be approximately 50k. Other charges specifically within Emaar are maintenance at 16k monthly.

      Brother is renting, it is far better to rent for a few years to understand what and where you would like to purchase in the future.

    Brother Farhan how much for rent is one of those apartments in Zartaj for a months visit?
    Also in your experience of staying and travelling in Pakistan whats your preference between Bahria town/DHA or Parkview City zone 4?
    Thanks 👍

  • @CGI-Space
    @CGI-Space

    You said that 'they follow the laws within DHA' as they stop at the traffic lights, yet those motorcyclists at 13:33 come straight out from the left and join onto your side. Unless, thats allowed?

    • @UsmanAfz

      That is normal in Pakistan and considered acceptable, whoever is in front has the right

    • @MyBritishPakistaniLife

      @CGI-Space In Pakistan, the Highway code allows you to turn left at a red light (as long as there is no sign prohibiting it)

    I know this is off topic, but farhan what type would u drive automatic or manual in pakistan 🇵🇰 🤔

    • @MyBritishPakistaniLife

      @pabloescobar6714 I drive both currently. I think automatic is easier to drive as it allows you to concentrate on the road more. As here in Pakistan you have to look in all directions

    • @pabloescobar6714

      @MyBritishPakistaniLife I am leaning towards automatic aswell fed up waiting in the traffic stop n go
