- He’s running for President in 2024, but who is Chase Oliver and what does he stand for? In this video we’ll take an informative look at who Chase Oliver is and his platform including the economy, immigration, war on drugs, civil liberties, foreign policy, healthcare, abortion, and education.
Chase Oliver is an American political activist and sales account executive. He is the Libertarian Party nominee for the 2024 U.S. presidential election and has previously run for the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives in Georgia. Oliver gained significant attention in the 2022 Senate race in Georgia, receiving over 2% of the vote and contributing to a run-off election. Formerly a Democrat, he switched to the Libertarian Party in 2010 after becoming disillusioned with the continuation of the Iraq War under Obama. Oliver's 2024 presidential campaign has seen him win key primary contests in Oklahoma and Iowa, establishing him as a prominent figure within the Libertarian Party. In this video we'll dive into some objectives of Chase Oliver’s platform if he were to become President.

That's enough good things to ensure he would never be allowed to be the president of this sinking ship.
Nah, once we have RCV he can win
“He wants to fix our country? Absolutely NOT” -Our own government.
That's the kind of attitude to help ensure a good person not be allowed in. Over 52% (maybe more by now, I'm not certain) of registered voters this term have registered as independent even if they're still undecided on which candidate they'll end up voting for so really for the first time ever he's actually got more than a good chance especially reaching out to younger voters. Him and Kennedy both do really
@@AlexaBluRae im in as Republican but im going to Vote Oliver anyways
@@ajplays7241 thank you, my point proven.
It said that third-party candidates don't get the same shine as the main two parties do. Hopefully, they can change in my lifetime.
Don’t hold your breath!
its not that third party candidates don't get attention, its a shame that the two main parties are the same party.
its not that third party candidates don't get attention, its a shame that the two main parties are the same party.
@astroboy5137, hahaha, I'm not going to 😂😂😂
@@davidanalyst671 You're also wrong. It's the media outlets and funding that these rich individuals, who happen to represent the two biggest political parties, control. It isn't rocket science. Americans are often ignorant and tend to listen to individuals who 'speak like they think.'
From what im hearing...how could you not vote for Chase Oliver? He has my vote this November.
And im voting libertarian every 4 years from here on out.
me too.
He supports puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones for minors and also supported Covid lockdowns and mask mandates.
Getting burned by a candidate I loathed is what turned me towards third-party candidates. The lesson is to never make blanket, blind ties to candidates because of their party. Even if you lean one way, vote the candidate, not the party.
@@zipple41 that's why im switching from trump to Oliver 2024!
I really love him. Both parties have gotten out of hand, his policies are incredible. Hes for individual rights. 💜
Great video. As a Georgian, I voted for Chase in Senate and am excited to give him my vote again.
When you have the entirety of the candidates being 70+, it's refreshing to have a young candidate with new and innovated views for America.
Andrea, I am also from Georgia and voted for Chase in 2022 for senate. He’s a wonderful candidate & will be voting for him in November.
😊
This is very well done: concise and accurate according to Chase's own words. I am frustrated that I cannot find anything about his response to last night's debate in the same way that I can with RFK. It is maddening that everyone is talking about and promoting RFK, but not the nominee of the party that has consistently gotten on the ballot in all 50 states time after time.
Chase Oliver for President.
While Chase seems like a pretty good candidate, he is wasting his time in the current cycle. RFK is the best chance there has ever been in toppling the duopoly, and while not perfect he has most of the libertarian views (definitely more than any candidate that has done this well).
the issue is that half of his own party hates him, the libertarians made a fundraising agreement with kennedy and eight states refused to put chase on the ballot. i do not think he will get over 1%.
@@joebuslife9275 it's a shame RFK was a sell out )-:
@kristisommerfeld2793 Sellout would imply he could have continued with what his supporters most wanted, but chose to do differently for personal gain.
The real story is that the path was closed by the duopoly and the media. Also RFK actually is going to have impact in a Trump presidency. Unlike others who actually sold out like Bernie and Yang who endorsed without even trying to get anything.
i have not voted in over 7 years. i might just go out and vote this year! thank you for the video
Looking into voting for Chase Oliver this November.
👏 CHASE OLIVER 2024 🎉
Im a libertarian, but I disagree on the education stance on the basis of 1. We don't know that removing grants would actually cause the free market educational costs to lower and 2. Even if it did it would take a long time and would hurt our economy at least in the short term. I think the government should spend money to make community colleges 4 year or two use tax paying money to give grants for education for degrees that help the economy and nation such as medical, engineering, and possibly law, etc.
The rest I pretty much fully agree with. I think in eating in the education of your system is very well spent money especially compared to other spending.
Definitely the year for a 3rd party candidate. I have huge respect for Joe Biden but the debate shook my faith in his ability.
That and his performance at the G7, G20, Vietnam... actually pretty much anytime he's in public. 😂
Wow,respect for a liar and crime family. Wow. America is destroyed because of you, too.

This video describes Chase Oliver perfectly! Its creator did a magnificent job! No one is more libertarian than Chase!!!
as a former libertarian, he is a breath of fresh air from the mises caucus (the reason i left), i like him a lot

@@dustinabcI'm torn between voting Green and Libertarian. Which would you recommend? Thanks in advance!☺️👍
@@connorschronicles810 Chase is better on civil liberties, which is very important during a wave of authoritarianism.
@@connorschronicles810. Pick your poison!
@@connorschronicles810how the hell can you be torn between the Libertarian and Green Party?
Their core values are VASTLY different.
I can't say I agree with all of his policies, but I definitely am a fan of the majority of them. Plus, he seems the most cooperative of all of the candidates. Political hostility has been way too high lately, and we're due for a friendlier voice.
Me too, I have some disagreements, but it would be nice to have a more level-headed, respectable president. ...it's been a while. I am shocked how far people are willing to go to support the two-party system.
what about RFK?
@@joebuslife9275 He lost my vote when he refused to debate at the Free & Equal 2024. Which is ironic considering how much he freaks out about not being invited to the 2 party debate.

And he’s young.
This is great. now where is chase oliver? Does he know that social media and youtube exist?
He’s been traveling the country. This past Saturday, he was at Fancy Farm in Kentucky after a few stops in Tennessee. He’ll be at the Iowa Soapbox this weekend. He’s on Facebook, Twitter, TH-cam, TikTok, Instagram.
It's called shadow banned.
great video. thanks for making this
I look forward to voting for Chase Oliver for President and Michael ter Matt for Vice President in November.
Your video looks like a fair representation of Oliver's positions. I think there will be 3-5 people who are on enough ballots to have the ability to get enough Electoral College votes to win the Presidency in 2024. Hope the voters know at least this much information about all of them before making up their minds.
Oliver/ter Maat 2024!
Libertarians are just better, not part of the duopoly. Always vote Libertarian.
What do they say about insanity and doing the same thing again and again? Vote R or D or R or D.... how about vote for liberty?
Great video! Could you pretty please do one on Georgism or LVT, would love to see your take.
Great suggestion!
This video is very helpful. As a Georgia voter, I am not sure if Chase Oliver will be on the ballot.
I am curious what motivated you to present him, If I may ask???
He will be on the ballot in Georgia.
@@Nanofuture87 what's his stance on UBI???
Someone had requested this video and I was curious myself 😂 I want to make sure I do my fair share of different candidates before the election.
I cannot say for sure but the libertarian approach is eliminate unecessary taxes. His anti-war stance would put almost 800 billion back to the people. UBI wouldn't be necessary then.@vondoromal7016
Chase will be on the ballot! Our ballot access for 2024 was secured when multiple statewide races, including Chase's, reached required thresholds. Our ballot access for 2026 depends on this race hitting the required number of votes, since there are no other statewide races on the ballot. That makes it extra important to support the LP in Georgia this year, if you don't want to be caught in the lesser of two evils trap in 2026!
I could have used another 60 seconds to learn about his stance on the 2nd Amendment, term limits, and homelessness at the Federal level.
On 2nd Amendment: CHAMPION GUN RIGHTS FOR ALL
I support the right of every person to defend themselves from violence and aggression. Gun control throughout our history has been used to limit the ability of vulnerable populations to defend themselves. Armed people are harder to oppress and harder to attack. I will not support any new gun restrictions and will look to repeal the restrictions that exist today
Term limits:
2 terms for Senate
4 for the House
Homeless: Should homeless individuals, that have refused available shelter or housing, be allowed to sleep or encamp on public property?
PERSONAL ANSWER Yes, pending the removal of restrictions that prevent private organizations from helping. Oliver supports removing regulatory barriers that prevent people and organizations from feeding homeless people.
I really wish the Libertarian Party will become prominent in the future.
Chase Oliver 2024!
Thank you for doing this video. Very well done.

Chase also said that he wants current student loan debtors to be only required to repay the remaining principal balance on their loans. That is a game changer!

Google him. I don’t think TH-cam shows comments that contain links to his site. I’m his Volunteer Director and can confirm this is accurate!
Thank you video was very informative
Glad it was helpful!
I'm glad videos like this exist. I'm a visual learner and this explains so much. Very helpful, thank you!!
I like all of those ideas. I recently looked at his campaign page and this video seems consistent with what I saw there. Chase Oliver for president.
Agree with some of it but libertarians strike me as a bit naïve and simple minded. It sounds great on paper to prioritize individual rights and decisions, but they trust large corporations and companies that prioritize profit over human rights and the environment in an attempt to limit regulations. They don’t support a social safety net that sick, poor, and veterans rely on. They think government is inherently ineffective for some reason and that everything should be handed over to corporations. Not a fan.
At 2:24 does he or does he not believe in "open borders?" Because it sounds like he would like to reward those 8 million immigrants who came here illegally with a pathway to citizenship. So, does he propose that anyone who comes here illegally be rewarded with citizenship or only those who are here right now? Where does he draw the line? Does he believe in protecting our borders and enforcing our current immigration laws?
He had me until he said he wanted to abolish the board of education and leave it up to the states umm. No thank you. The governors could barely be trusted with the current educational system as is at this time.
When are you going to do one for Cornel West? Thank you for doing this it’s great to see who else is on the ballot! I just watched Jill’s too.
Didn't even know him till now. But I'm done with paying for abortion. Done!
Wish I could vote for him but I’m a year and a half too early 🫤
Not American, but he sounds like he would be a great president. Too bad the big two are too big and loud.
Some of his views especially regarding economics are based but otherwise he is a clown.
This was super informative. Thank you so much for taking the time to create this for us.
I can agree with nearly everything but his stance on the military is something I can't agree with.
Chase Oliver 2024!🎉
I don't agree with everything he stands for, but he's a lot better option than the others that are running.
*Supreme Oliver 2024*
TH-cam is suppressing chase Oliver videos!!!
Worst Libertarian candidate ever, that's who he is.
Chase Oliver / Javier Milei 2024!!!!
Engaging vids, man. The illustrative approach works well.
I agree with essentially everything except the abortion policy. I consider myself pro-life with an abortion limit at around 6-8 weeks which is when a fetal heartbeat can be detected, as well as electrical activity in the brain which allows the baby to move which can be seen on the ultrasound by a doctor!
Kinda cruel to force a woman to birth a baby with no lungs that will die within an hour. Traumatizing…until viability is humane in my opinion. But at least you agree with 6-8 weeks instead of full-ban
@@drewdavis3825 Good point about lethal fetal abnormalities but they are a pretty small minority of cases. In Texas law the heartbeat act allows abortions if mother's life is in danger but I agree it should be extended if there is lethal fetal abnormalities.

Kamala Harris next?
Is Libertarianism just no government?
Well, limited government and different libertarians have different ideas of how far that should go.
Abolish the Patriot Act? Lead with that. That said, I disagree with not using drones, and removing regulations on pharmaceutical companies. With education, okay, but there needs to be a law to prevent public funded schools from teaching religion or any sort of morality. That is done in the home.

The media and the 2-party system work together to maintain their power and control as much as possible.
#ChaseOliver is hopefully going to be on the ballot in all 50 states, which is not likely to happen for any other non-establishment candidate.
@@dustinabc I agree about the two party system.
I like the video but I do have to say a bit inaccurate in the idea that he is not interventionist because he's not. He wants to call for a cease fire... That is inervention...
while you technically correct
simply asking for a cease fire isn't much of a intervention

What are your thoughts on the constitution?
@@dustinabc As a lawyer and history buff Is one of the best in the world. It hasn't change since its inception with the exceptions of the amendments. It has a balance of power between the federal government and the states.
Why get rid of TSA?…what will replace them? Everything else is fair, i suppose.
Libertarians oppose government doing jobs that could be adequately done by private companies. He thinks the TSA has been ineffective and invades privacy in many cases. He supports airport security being done by a private company hired by the airport.
@@MilanTobdzic That makes sense, thanks.
No to Libertarianism.
He stands for children being able to consent to permanent mutilation and sterilization so long as their parents and and a doctor says it's ok.. but for religious reasons it's not ok..
True libertarians understand that children cannot consent and they are not the property of their parents. There are limits to the authority a parent has.
Mutilation of a child is far beyond the bounds of authority a parent has over their child. Regardless of the wapping you put around it.
Actually I’m not sure what libertarian would argue that government should limit decisions made by parents in consultation with a medical professional. Libertarians also support religious freedom which allows every person to make their own decisions about what is moral.
@@MilanTobdzic Absolutely wrong. Libertarians adhere to the non-aggression principle.
Children cannot consent. Therefore gentile mutilation on minors is wrong no matter what pomp and circumstance you want to throw around it.
Libertarianism is built on the principles of INDIVDIUAL liberty and the non-aggression principle. We don't believe children are the property of the parents. There are limits to what parents can do with their child and the government doesn't have the legitimate authority to expand that authority through any means.
A surgery necessary to save the child's life from an imminent threat like cancer. That's fine. However people who advocate for gender affirming care say the threat is suicide. Well that's a mental issue not a medical one.
@@MilanTobdzic Libertarianism is based on individual freedom and the non-aggression principle.
Children cannot consent and there is nothing that would make it legitimate for a parent to decide to do an optional "treatment" that permanently sterilizes a minor. It's simply beyond the parent's legitimate authority. Children are not property. The government can't make them property and neither can a medical professional.
