      I am, too! I know they are talking about making kids healthier- but I’m really hoping that some things will make a quicker impact!
      I want to see our food supply made healthier & would love it if it could cost less to buy farm raised food from local farmers! For example, right now, the only way for me to purchase beef from from a farmer at the same price as it is in the grocery store - I need to buy a HALF COW! I can’t afford to do that & it would take a year (or more) for me to eat it. And the opportunity to buy ORGANIC vegs without blowing my whole paycheck!!!
      There has to be a better way… finally we can stop poisoning ourselves!!! ❤

      @@sophiacromwell8017 here in south Georgia, we have some small local stores that purchase beef and other meat from farms within Georgia. The stores act as butchers while having a small grocery selection as well. You can't get everything you need, but you can get good meat affordably. The money stays local when you purchase this way instead of from places like Walmart and it's most often better for you with a larger and fresher assortment of meat. The butchers in the small stores cut the meat and package it themselves. I can't say for sure, but I have heard that meats from places like Walmart can come from China. Yuck! I pretty much try to buy as much as I can from local stores to better help my area, as many people I know here do as well. And I do believe that the meats are much healthier. So try checking around you... look into those smaller stores that on the outside appear to not have much to offer. You may need to go out more rural to find them also... I live very rural and my "town" is a small town.

      The cuts they propose cutting is every policy to keep us healthy, safe, educated and paid. Mostly to make the rich more rich and keep us poor, make us less educated and less healthy while simultaneously stripping us of civil and human rights

      They didn't talk about reproductive rights, and it's a strenght political flag that Democratic Party defends. A lot of people vote them cause of that, In my opinion however, economical policies are more decisive on wich president should be in the White House

      @@matheusladeia189 it was mentioned. According to the presentation and from other sources, the right to choose is getting returned to the individual states. The presentation did note that Trump did was not in favor of late term abortions. It didn't state anything about medical conditions having an influence on the medical need for late term abortion to save the mother's rights vs having a late term abortion just because the mother no longer wants to have the child. Trump has said on many occasions it's up to the people of each state to vote for what they want.

      I focus on forward looking policies, agendas, and plans when I vote. I try to not involve any emotions (e.g., love, hate, fear) when I make decisions (especially in voting decisions). I’m undecided on who I will vote for after RFK Jr. dropped out. If the election was today, I’d most likely vote for Trump because Harris has no agenda, plan, or policies of her own.

    Problem in Agenda 47 (IMO). It is way better than Kamala's policies, but there are a lot of issues that they need to fix.
    Ch 1, inflation:
    It's a right step in the right right direction, but there could be more improvements.
    Removing bylaws for housing will increase the supply for housing. More land means more places to build. The housing crisis is a supply issue, not a demand issue. There will almost always be a demand for cheaper housing, it's the supply that dictates the price and market. Removing bylaws would help alot.
    Ch 2, illegal immigration:
    Sadly, the wall isn't very effective as much as I would like for it to be effective. There are numerous studies like Cato institute debunking homeland security's study that the wall is effective.
    Trump mentions that he will block drugs from being shipped to the US via the border. Since the drug war is still on going, with the wall's effectiveness is questionable, how about we stop the drug war from continuing? Arrest the mafia that order the drugs. No demand for drugs means no supply for drugs.
    American has spent over 1 TRILLION DOLLARS since 1971 to stop the drug war, yet it is still happening .Multiple cases of corruption exists in America and arrests need to happen to stop government corruption.
    Another problem with illegal immigration is that anyone born in the us is allowed to have citizenship whether or not the parents came in illegally. They will be voters when they grow older, and have a potential to rule the election. This is pretty anti-democratic as people who did not earn their citizenship are allowed to vote. The democrats are playing the long game so that these babies will grow up and support them to power.
    Chapter 3, Economy:
    Putting a tax for foreign goods just means that Americans have to pay more for the tax, which does nothing at all. It means that we have to pay more for the foreign goods, or pay more for the local ones.
    Chapter 4, American Dream and lower prices:
    Patent laws are one of the main reason why healthcare is so unaffordable. Organizations like the FDA made drug companies pretty much a monopoly as they dictate certain companies to allow to create life-saving drugs. Control of supply means control of price. Sad to see that Agenda 47 has not address this issue.
    Conclusion:
    Chapter 5, protectionism:
    Wouldn't everything just be more expensive if we buy American?
    Chapter 6, senior:
    Many articles call Social Security like the Hoover Institution calls Social Security "The Biggest Ponzi Scheme on Earth." What policies has Trump made to make healthcare more affordable so that the tax payers don't spend trillions of dollars on a system that has proven to not work? By continuing this radical and unhelpful system, citizens who are not seniors will pay a tremendous amount of money for this health care system.
    Chapter 7, education:
    Honestly, cannot see much of a problem. Step 9 is excellent as it removes a corrupt schooling system that has monopoly on the school system This allows the states to compete against themselves, with better schooling experiments, to see how the schooling education can be changed for the better.
    Chapter 8, 9, 10 dont really matter.
    I think that his agenda is very moderate and ironically not extreme enough to solve a lot of important issues in America. Right step in the right direction, but not enough. Just my opinion though.

    Someone needs to talk about the desire to focus on the correct interpretation of the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution written into Agenda 47.
    For those who don't know what the 14th Amendment is: Passed by Congress June 13, 1866, and ratified July 9, 1868, the 14th Amendment extended liberties and rights granted by the Bill of Rights to formerly enslaved people.
    Following the Civil War, Congress submitted to the states three amendments as part of its Reconstruction program to guarantee equal civil and legal rights to Black citizens. A major provision of the 14th Amendment was to grant citizenship to “All persons born or naturalized in the United States,” thereby granting citizenship to formerly enslaved people.
    If you don't care because whatever happens to Black people is okay with you. Read this next part, it applies to you too!:
    Another equally important provision was the statement that “nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” The right to due process of law and equal protection of the law now applied to both the federal and state governments.
    See that ANY PERSON stipulation? That's you. Your life, liberty, and property. Your loss of due process, and equal protection under the law. Do you care now?

      You missed a part. It says any person, yes WITHOUT DUE PROCESS OF LAW. As in, the amendment itself says that those rights can be deprived as long as due process is followed. Meaning there is an absolutely valid argument for the right here. Those people, the anchor babies are children of illegal immigrants who broke the law to get here. So if there is due process and an argument is made that because of that, they should be stripped of their citizenship, that’s WITH DUE PROCESS. And would be legal. I was born to two legal immigrants, who came here on green cards. I was born here in the USA. None of that applies to me. My kids will be born in the USA to me (an American born citizen) and my future wife, (probably gonna be an American born citizen) therefore, It wouldn’t apply to them.

    I’m Canadian. I find Trump a despicable human being who sows hate and division. I appreciated this video, as it explains the platform in a way Trump can’t. However, I would strongly urge some of the people who have commented to follow this channel, AND watch other videos produced for an overall perspective. I fear for the future of U.S. under Trump, and most probably Vance, either through the demise of an old man with a poor lifestyle, or the use of Article 25.

    I just watched the Harris video also. Both sides are playing to their base and trying to get independents to their side. I agree and disagree with things on both sides. I'm 64 and want the country back that I grew up in. Pride in our country the ability to get along with different views and most of all common sense.

    Great policies but they will block him every time just like before. We need to get the traitors out. Vote red across the board so we can pass these!
    Edit: Also thank you for being fair and not biased in this video. We need people to know the issues and vote on what they want for the country. The mainstream media is not helping the country by being one sided and not giving the facts that people need to make an educated decision.

      You can have your ideals but I don't wanna hear no "get traitors out" coming out of your mouth.
      I'm no Democrat, but there are genuine critiques of Agenda 47's policy that you should consider no matter your side.
      Here's where I take issue with this:
      Economic Nationalism (tariffs/Reindustrialization): I support free trade and the suppression of goods could fuel distaste for the USD, harbor increased geopolitical aggression, and be unilateral rather than isolationist, in practice.
      Immigration Reforms: while it would likely work, it's also direct government interventionism against people which seems counter-intuitive considering the Republican goal (and mine) of lowering government intervention.
      Law and Order: I like less police, not more. Same argument as before.
      Foreign policy: If he has success in his goals I would support him on that, but he failed last presidency.
      Energy: I like free trade and I like environmentalism. Cut it on fossil fuels, please.
      Military: I don't understand increased military spending in his context.
      There's obviously good too:
      Veterans Affairs, anti-censorship, drug price reduction, education reforms are mixed, deregulation, 2nd amendment, Criminal justice reforms, tax cuts (assume they are redesigned to avoid inequality, overspending, and be more effective), etc.

      ⁠​⁠@@reiddicksonI can’t speak for trump, as I don’t know him, but I can speak for myself and what I believe, as well as what most conservatives I personally know believe.
      While income taxes will be cut, trade barriers specifically tarrifs will be raised. Not only will this generate money, the expectation is that it will help create more high paying jobs, therefore giving people the ability to work without needing welfare or Medicaid, or unemployment benefits. Therefore people who are currently taking more out of the system than they’re putting in will start putting in more than they’re taking out. Another major issue is illegal immigration. Illegal immigration has an estimated 150B-450B impact on the deficit. Lets take the 150B number to eliminate any chance of overestimation. Deporting all of them and ending more from coming in would cut a massive portion of the deficit. Also peace. Foreign wars cost money but the biggest cost of the wars come way after the war. The biggest expenditures of the Vietnam war is today. We need to pay for the healthcare of the soldiers who fought in the war. Less soldiers needing medical care is good bc we don’t need to spend as much money in the future. A very large portion of military spending goes to that and can’t be cut. But if we focus on peace today, then when our current soldiers get older they’ll need less medical care and therefore won’t cost as much then.
      There’s much more but that’s a start, however congress is a bitch, and slows things down, and puts in a lot of pork spending. That sucks. It’s hard to overcome that.

    I basically liked everything that was said here. Other than singling out Christianity, because there are a lot more religions out there and I'm not sure how they will get past separation of Church and State laws - maybe have an elective or after school class on the subject for those that want it but it would be hard to make it official and give class credit for it.
    The big questions are, how is all of this going to be done in 4 years? Seems like a lot and it would have to move at light speed to get all of this done. Few Presidents get a single chapter of this done in 8 years. What's the total cost, how fast will this be implemented. Sounds like some of this stuff could get tired up in court. I know Trump wants to basically wash away Biden's legacy first day and sign a ton of executive orders. If Trump can get half of this done in the next 4 years and most end in a net positive for the US citizens, I would see that as a great win.
    In the last 30 years, no President that I have seen had an outline like this. This all very ambitious but all seems to want to work towards the US citizen. I'm tired of prioritizing illegal aliens over the US citizen. I'm tired of tax money going to foreign counties that never pay us pack. I'm tired of endless wars and proxy wars all in the name of preserving democracy, a democracy we don't even live in here in the USA, we live in a constitutional republic, which not really how the politicians sell the word democracy to us. I want a shake up, I want a change.

      5. Biggest funding for HBCUs in American history.
      6. $35 insulin. Biden claimed credit for this but it was done by trump.
      7. The medical cost transparency. This made it to where doctors had to show you costs before performing services outside of emergency services.
      8. Signed in Kate’s law. Which would give any illegal that had been deported before 5 years in federal prison.
      9. Helped broker a peace deal between North and South Korea become the first US president to visit North Korea.
      10. No new wars started under his watch.
      11. Renegotiated NAFTA to make it a more fair deal.
      12. Didn’t allow unfair tariffs on US goods.
      13. Made us energy independent. We didn’t need to rely of countries that hate the US for oil.
      These are just a few of his accomplishments. But like all presidents he over promised and faced nonstop opposition. So he did do quite a bit. Most of it good.

      Wouldn't it be considering defending the right of religion? Since Christianity is the most mocked/attacked religion around the world and now also in the west.
      Also don't forget that the U.S. was born & raised under God. It's not a biased move, it's defending our core principals.

      @hampdog5716 anti Christians don't stick to just words. That's the point of the problem the Trump administration is pointing out. Because hate speech begets violence, which is currently happening and must be stopped, the administration is suggesting the task force. They're not going after keyboard warriors like in England rn where they're physically sending cops to citizens' homes over online content. The problem in the USA has gotten physical, and it must be stopped. Obviously I'm biased to this opinion. I like the idea. But I also think it's a constitutional pushback on the rights infringed upon one of the original founding ideas of the declaration of independence. One nation under God, indivisble son! With justice for ALL. No colors here, just God fearing patriots! (Most of the original doc. signers were firm Jesus believing Christians. You can look that up. It's like 99%. So God infers Jesus. & it's evidenced by other American historical documents! Schools don't teach American founding history as well as they should in America. The patriotism spirit has been stomped out sadly. Love brotha hope you got this far

      @@reiddickson thank you for your comment brotha. You're right on the money about the old president's being mostly Christian. But in recent times we have not had Christian presidents. The current liar in chief claims to be a practicing catholic while supporting lgbtqs & abortion. That outright contradicts scripture. You can say one thing but the reality of his lack of faith is evident. The founding fathers (about 99% of them) were also Christian protestant and believed in Jesus as their savior. That's why the "God" mentioned in early American history legal documents refers to Jesus.
      On the next point of how Christianity is being attacked, there's too many to mention all, but just recently Bishop mar mari was stabbed in the eye during mass, a Texas pastor was shot and killed while leaving the church, military service members are being alienated (think of Covid-19 & the fauci ouchie), etc. I hope you take the time to watch these, I'm sorry I took a whole day to reply to this but I wanted to provide you with the right information. The links below are news reports of attacks on Christianity ranging from the oldest (11 yrs ago) to some that took place this year. Only 1 of those videos took place outside the US, in Israel. The rest have happened here and there's many, many more. And countless more thst are swept under the rug on a daily basis.

    Nothing but banter. Righteousness is not only limited to election years. Similar talking points are mentioned on the other side.
    The only positive thing about the Trump / Republican campaign is RFK and Tulsi will be part of the committee in selecting the people to run the executive branch...

      Yeah but the other side has a tendency to straight fucken lie and not follow through on its promises obviously this something both sides are guilty of but at least trump when in term did exactly what he said he was gonna do. He followed through with what he said he was gonna do.
