That moment when John Lundvik hands the trophy over to the Mamas is still the most joyous winning moment in Melfest ever. So much pure joy and wholesomeness, like a proud daddy John watching his girls shine all on their own
It was such a nerve-wracking ending, I was so surprised that I couldn’t sleep realizing that what happened, happened. Probably a least expected outcome, but it was well deserved
I was part of the Spanish jury in 2014, as Spanish television did not have time to hear the songs, the spokesman of rtve contacted some fans and we randomly decided the points we want to gave, since most of people wanted Sanna Nielsen to win we decided to give 12 to her and not voting Alcazar as potential favourite.Saying this, there is no control about those international juries, they are no music experts nor there is someone that checks that the result is not arranged.
I was sooo excited back then (they won against all odds)... such a shame Covid got in their way, it really breaks my heart that they couldn't perform their song on the international stage, they really deserved it!!!

It's even more dramatic when you realize The Mamas were the back vocals of John Ludvik in 2019
The best ending in the history of Melfest. Never seen so much rivalry to win the event.

Still to this day one of the most exciting voting sequences of Melfest.

Muy curioso Dani.
Sanna Nielsen es mejor que cualquier otro de ese año
@@markkk9623 Yo era mas Team Papa o Alcazar, sin quitar méritos a Sanna
and proof of your bullshit story? ;)

For me Dotter should have won she were awesome and for me bulletproof is better than little tot
Doesn't matter. No Eurovision that year.
THE MAMAS WON
Thanks for Covid we couldn’t see The Mamas, so embarrassing we decide them over Dotter
Dotter would have won Eurovision. Sweden didn’t want it that year I guess
The thing that made me happy the most was that ridiculous mamas couldn't go to Eurovision instead of Dotterdam that year.
MAMAGANG
DOTTER WAS RROBED
Horrible jury voting!
Stop these international jury.... and sorry Austria you have no taste! 😔
